Bank Employees Pay Scale as on May 2015 – Detailed Entry Level Salary for Clerk, Sub-staff, Officers
After long wait and negotiations, strike call and withdraws, finally the wage hike settled for bank employees with 15% hike in pay slip components and two extra holidays per month. Bank employees are very much eager to know the amount of exact increase in pay slip. Though no official confirmation is available, we reproduce a likely chart of increase as procured and sent by one of our viewers, Mr Debashis Das.
The 7th CPC Report is not properly presented, all the recognised associations should fight for the benefits of all categories of employess that is at least 30% hike in salaries. The Festival /LTC Advance must be there as the lower cadres like MTS or LDC cadre employees are low paid, even after the 7th CPC is very shameful.
Kindly do the needful by increasing the fitment formula from 2.57 to 2.62.
