A CG employee entitled various allowances according to the post and grade. Basically, a Govt employee granted basic pay, dearness allowance, house rent allowance, and travel allowance. In the deductions segment, initially, NPS and CGEGIS only performed. For example, the net and gross payment of an individual salary are given for the pay level 6 and 10.

The minimum monthly gross salary for pay matrix level 1 is Rs. 27882 with 38% Dearness Allowance, 9% House Rent Allowance and Transport Allowance. And the basic salary is Rs. 18000.
What is the minimum hand salary for the pay level 6?
The minimum monthly gross salary for pay matrix level 6 is Rs. 54522 with 38% Dearness Allowance, 9% House Rent Allowance and Transport Allowance. And the basic salary is Rs. 35400.
What is the minimum hand salary for the pay level 10?
The minimum monthly gross salary for pay matrix level 10 is Rs. 87435 with 38% Dearness Allowance, 9% House Rent Allowance and Transport Allowance. And the basic salary is Rs. 51600.
