Approval of the competent authority is accorded to encadrement of posts mentioned hereunder into Central Secretariat Service, as per details given below, on the strength of the respective Ministries:
2. The encadrement of the above posts into Central Secretariat Service would be effective from the date of annulment of their recruitment rules.
