As per your basic pay as on 31/12/2015 of ₹ 13690+2800=16,490 × 2.57 = 42379.30 fixed at 42800 in matrix level 4 GP& from 1/3/16 due to Promotions it will be fixed as 43600 then due to increment postponed on January, 17 as ₹ 44,900/- in Matrix level 5. But you have to give option for promotion & increment.

Comment	Sir I ex army no 15155588N Nk Phool Chandra Verma retired on 01/06/2018. My PPO No 153201804195 dt 22/06/2018. My service pension did not released being repeated requests to CPPC Allahabad and my pension paying branch till now. When I visited my home branch they replied what can I do to credit the pension I don’t know. When I visited CPPC Allahabad they replied that all necessary instructions to my pension paying branch. When I asked from. Record office they replied that. Your PPO has been sent to CPPC Allahabad on 16/11/2018. However I am daily in contact of CPPC Allahabad From 26/11/2018 and my home branch from 12/12/2018 total 32 days and 21 days. Pl confirm the. Current status of my pension why and to whom withheld the above matter now.

Monitory benefits given only on 2nd MACP with one additional increment in same matrix level and basic pay fixed in next matrix level equalant or same pay from 19/9/19 with the condition of VERY GOOD BENCH MARK.

Comment	Military service pay should be equal in all combant posts since every one in service receives he same amount of rigors of military activities if not more by the lower ranks as they have to carry out the orders of the senior officers. .The officers get better treatment as compared to fighting jawans.. Their demand should be considered sympathetically as nature does not distinguish between officers and Jowans. and treat every one equally..The artificial distinction should be scrapped and provide equal facilities.

Check up first joined in (Scale 825-1200) from this first upgradration as basic pay as ₹ 1350, next Promotion in the same grade post of ₹ 2800 it was level 5 in 7th CPC, so you got levels 1 to 5. You have crossed between 2.3 & 4. levels. One person has should get only 3 levels of upgradrations in Service. So that your case was not considered 2nd MACP on 1/9/2015 as completed 20 years of your service as per MACP RULES.

Comment	I joined in 1995 in the (950-1200) as Jr. Asstt./Typist but due to court case I was given Rs. 1350/- (Old scale i.e. 2800/- GP from day one). My department did not give me any MACP after 10 years on asking the inform that 2800/- GP is your first MACP upgradation. In the year 2013 I changed my Admn to Library cadre as Semi Prof. Asstt. in the same grade pay i,e, 2800/-, I did not given any increment at the time of new appointment as SPA. Now upon completion of 20 years my office is not giving 2nd MACP saying that as per the CCS rules, I am not eligible for 2nd MACP as there is no same grade pay of both the cadres. Kindly inform whether i am really not eligible for the same. Please help i am really very nervous.

However BJP will still win in 2019.But if retirement age is decreased than it will win by huge majority. As is done in Haryana and BJP won recent municipal elections by huge margin. For that now NATIONAL PENSION SCHEME was started from the government employees appointed from 2004, (they will not get pension) CPF employees are got the contribution extra from the institution in full service, but those who are contribute GPF government wont contribute to their employees for them in full service for that is only they are getting as PENSION & D.R. Regarding interest rate reduced is for all. From the F.Y.2018-19 the TDS interest amount was increased to Rs.50,000- instead of Rs.10,000/- deducted as previous years for the Seniors & standard deduction of Rs.40,000/- was deducted for all the tax payers.

That is 2nd upgradrations in additional increments in service at your basic pay fixations as first Promotion as first ACP & Second ACP on completion of 24 years. Comment	This is in connection with cast of dentures . The charges of both dentures is being lavied as Rs as high as Rs 18000. ( Eighteen thousand ) where as the rate for this is very low . Say only two thousand. In old age there arises need for dentures. This much differsce in cast needs consideration by authorities. Regards..

Comment	I’m retired from AMC in the rank of Sub (ACP-1) Group Y with 28 years service on 31 Mar 2016 with BP-15960, GP- 4800 & MSP-2000. My Pension was fixed as per 6th CPC BP Rs 12285/- as per PCDA (P) circular 501 do 17 Jan 2013 and DP Rs 4097/- for 60% for life. On implementation of 7th CPC it has now fixed BP Rs 29400/- & DP Rs 10584/-. Is it OK?

Comment	I served in Indian Army from 25 Nov 1963 to 30 Nov 1985 ( 22 years ). I was re-employed at Indian Grassland Fodder Research Institute JHANSI (UP) 0n 06 May 1986 as Junior Clerk. My pay was Fixed but they have NOT included my Army service from Sepoy/Clerk to Naik Clerk ei 29 Apr 1965 to 28 Apr 1967 and 29 Apr 1967 to 28 Feb 1972 (say 7 Years). They have granted only 14 increments for the post of Havildar Clerk. During service, I could not see the personnel file, before retirement,when I retiring at the age of 60 years and preparing the personnel documents, I saw that they have not included 7 increments for the rank of Sep to Naik.
