I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHY THE GOVT. HAS NOT YET IMPLEMENTED AS ON DATE OROP, IN SPITE OF PASSING IN LOK SABHA AS WELL AS IN THE RAJYA SABHA.

TO BE CONSIDERED AS TOTAL FAILURE OF IMPLEMENTATION FOR THE SOLDIERS, WHO HAVE /ARE SACRIFICING THEIR LIFE FOR THE SAFETY AND SECUTIY OF THE COUNTRY.

I HAVE A DUE RESPECT TO THE PRESENT GOVT. AND THEIR EFFORTS FOR DEVELOPING THE NATION.

THIS FORMULA IS VERY SIMPLE. TO IMPLEMENT OROP AS PER THEIR LAST RANK AND NO. YEARS SERVICE RENDERED.

GOVT MUST EXECUTE IT WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY. IF THEY CALL ME, I AM READY TO HELP THEM.

    WITH BEST REGARDS.

I m not considered for the purpose of OrOp scheme hence my basic pension remains unchanged to RS 15465 whereas as per OrOp table no 7 it is supposed to be fixed for rs 16160.why it is so.
As per clause all retirees before 01jan 2016 should b paid average Pension of year 2013 n arrears may b paid wef 01jul2014.kindly issue instructions to include me in or op scheme otherwise I having retired recently Will b drawing less. Pension to pre retirees which is contrary to the rules.

One Rank One Pension – Projected OROP Table PBOR is not being shown in this site whereas for officers it is reflected. Earlier projected OROP for PBOR also less than the clivilian scale of pension. Revision of pension payment order for Pre-2006 pensioners case should be solved at the earliest. In revised pension fitment table – at a glance it shows IF, BP-FOR PRE-2006 6100 BP with DP comes to 9150 and Revised Consolidated Pension comes to 13783. Hence OROP has to be changed comparison with Revised Pension Fitment Table – At Glance. We many of the Pre-2006 pensioners are waiting to see the pension structure as early as possible. Anomalies of pension fixation in OROP is not acceptable.

    Dear All,
As far as OROP is concerned, I feel it’s a big Mess. Govt do not want to implement and pay to Armd Forces Pensioners thinking burden on the Exchequer.
I feel for one and all India do not want Military. Fine. Disband Army, Navy and airforce establishments and sell away the lakhs of acres of cantonment lands for high prices. The Capital Gains thus got may either be used for common cause or selfish Gains upto the Govt will n wish. When, Military
Thus abolished, there will be only civil bodies for entire administration. Last but not the least, No Military N OROP and No Pay Commissions!

I am highlighting general point firstly service increasing but orop not increasing. One example, as per table No 7, OROP of a NK having 15 years of service is Rs 7170/- and NK having service 28 years orop is same ie Rs 7170/-. This type of irregularities with all ranks orop. Table prepared blindly no method is adopted. Another point terms of engagement of a Sub Maj shown in the circular 555 & 547 is 33 years, if he honoured with Hony Lt then his terms of engagement is reduced to 33 years which is highly injustice as there is no increase/decrease on becoming Hony Lt. This is done only to stop the pension at Rs 16090/-. Now days Sub Maj may serve upto 34 years. This requiring amendment in the circular so that Hony Lt may take advantage upto 34 years of service.
