My father died in the year 2007 and from then on my mother was receiving the pension on regular basis but since 2 years she has been receiving a very small amount as pension and the reason behind it is unknown to us.
As such we contacted the office where my father was an employee “Rain Forest Research Institute” Jorhat and they said that we were receiving an excess amount as his pension from few years and after the implementation of 7th Pay Commission we shall receive the previous amount as pension. But we have not received any revised pension order till now nor any information from when the pension will be given in proper amount.
So kindly provide us with some detail information-
The amount that we received in excess.
The amount that has been deducted since two years.
Till what time this deduction shall continue?
When are we going to receive the revised pension?

Contact ex-employer through the Pension Paying Authority and add the correction with the required documents of her name.
My father was an employee of South Central Railways, Tirupati and he was retired from service on 30-06-2017. He got a promotion before retirement and my issue is that he was sanctioned the pension benefits at the lower grade.

My father was working with central government in Military Engineering Services. He got retired in 2005 and his office prepared his documents. But, he went missing and didn’t sign his retirement documents. We tried to find him but couldn’t locate him. Filled FIR in police and submitted this copy to office. In 2017 Court declared my father deceased. Until this time no pension was paying to my mother. Now when we submitted documents of court orders of declaring my father civil dead, office saying pension will start from 2017 & not from 2005.
Can anybody help me to understand this?? They should pay my mother arrears from 2005.

Sir I ex army no 15155588N Nk Phool Chandra Verma retired on 01/06/2018. My PPO No 153201804195 dt 22/06/2018. My service pension did not released being repeated requests to CPPC Allahabad and my pension paying branch till now. When I visited my home branch they replied what can I do to credit the pension I don’t know. When I visited CPPC Allahabad they replied that all necessary instructions to my pension paying branch. When I asked from. Record office they replied that. Your PPO has been sent to CPPC Allahabad on 16/11/2018. However I am daily in contact of CPPC Allahabad From 26/11/2018 and my home branch from 12/12/2018 total 32 days and 21 days.

Since your father’s age was completed 67years from January, 2018. Full Pension was given to life time of Pensioners or to his spouse/departments only of Pensioners age of 67 years as enchanced Pension. After 68th years of Pensioners Pension will be given as family pension to spouse/departments, it will be reduced as per his last pay calculations and minimum as ₹ 9000/- in 7 CPC.

As per your father’s Pension of ₹ 33,000/- to your Mather after completion of 68th year family pension of ₹ 19800/- + D.R only per month your mother will get untill her life time. Last month she exceeded the amount for tax so they might have been recovered 5% for that exeeded amount of tax for the F.Y. 2017-18. She might have been deposited any amount in saving as per the income tax rules she can get refund while files tax for the A.Y.2018-19.

My name is Bhim Jain and my father name is Vinay Kumar Jain on the date of 14 November 2017 I went to with my father pantion office in tilak Nagar (Ashok Nagar) to increase my father pantion and my father age is above to 71
My father is taking a 1000 pantion every month and when I went to pantion office he said to me you are getting 2000 ruppes every month we check all details in knew your payment website and check my other bank account details and visit branch so it’s only getting 1thousand in 1 bank not 2 thousand in other bank after that I went to R K Sharma he is branch officer of pantion office in tilak Nagar ( Ashok Nagar ) pin code 110018. He said to me we can’t do any thing for you. We have so many work we are not hare only for you and roudly behavior with me when his other officer try to help me he said to him why are you doing this stop don’t do this for him he will do own

My mother Smt. Kondamudi Seshamma expired on 15-06-2022 and she was a family pensioner in Indian Railways.
I had submitted her death certificate and PPO in the respective branch to stop the family pension and close the account in the first week of June but no action has been taken. Even July pension was credited to the account.
