Sir I am texting you from Bangalore my mother is a defence family pensioner my father was in army he was retired on 1996 he was Naik at that time but for my mother still seventh pay has not been implemented pension is not revised yet and when she will get the arrears please look into it .

It depends your father’s retired last basic pay & scale of pay as per the 7th CPC from 1/1/2016 it is minimum Rs.9000/-if not received, contact his ex-employer/Pay & Accounts Officer paying pension.

On the basis of individual last basic pay we can calculate as per 7th CPC Pension/Family pension. This site is for solving your quiriies on the basis of your figures of amount to know it as check. Settlement will be solved by your pension paying authority only. Further informing you that as per the last basic pay of your father’s it will be calculated, as per his pay as on 1/1/2016 50% of his pay as Pension, in that pension of 60% as family pension. Check up with your 6th CPC pension of December, 2015 and compare with new pension (only basic pension without D.R.) as on date, if it is more you are in 7th CPC pension.
Many ex servicemen have lost or misplaced their PPOs. How to obtain a xerox of PPOs may please be intimated.
If you having Pensioner’s I.D. Card or In your service certificate you can have it or from your pension paying bank and get it from your pass book with your account in net banking facility or get it from your ex-employer/Paying Authority /Headquarters.

Answer to PANJAT ROY : From 1/1/2016 minimum Pension revised from ₹ 3500 to ₹ 9000/- it depends upon your husband’s last basic pay plus applicable dearness relief for that pension amount. & Medical fixed allowance.

I am exsergeant as per Air Veteran I have filled form and they have receieved the form as per their roll 11084 as against my service no292727 and the syndicate bank HOCPCC said till receiving the NEW PPO they will not clear the arrears etc..When the subject of new PPO will be solved to get back to the normal .
I AM SHOCKED TO FACE SUCH AN INDIFFERENT BEHAVIOR FROM THE GOVT WHICH CLAIMS THAT THEY ARE SO CONCERNED ABOUT “FAUJI” IN THEIR SPEECH. Sir I was retired from Army on 31 Dec 2016 in the rank of Sub Maj Hony Lt. My Regt number is JC-326810Y. My diff of pay given to me is 89704/– which is not correct on 01 Dec 2017. Where as my payment was fixed/ LPC was made during first week of Jan 2018 for pension purpose. Request my Bal amount of diff of pay wef 01 Jan 2016 to 31 Dec 2016 may pl be credited to my acct . MSP is not being paid to Defence Service Pensioners despite specific Govt. instructions. Request make it mandatory for grant of Defence Pensions to all Defence Pensioners with retrospective date and pay arrears as calculated atleast from 1..1. 2016,
2.57 formula as per 7th CPC is calculated based on your basic pay of 6th CPC, MSP for Sep to Sub Maj (in IAF AC to MWO) is 5200/-, it has not been increased and don’t hope to be increased.

Kindly clarify that the formula 2.57 is being implemented or multiply BP with 3. Moreover MSP for Sep to Sub Maj have been increased to Rs 10500/-or not. If yes, then from where the pensioners will get is benefit?

Officers promoted to the rank of Major during the period 01-03-1999 to 28-02-2000 can now re-exercise their option on promotion to the rank of Lt.Col, from the next date of increment in the rank of Major. This option is to be exercised by 2nd Feb.2018.

(b) Is MSP has been given to ESM also as an allce.
(C) Is a PBOR who have came on pension in the rk of HAV and rendered his 10 or more yrs of service in the rk of HAV when he was in service will get the pension of NB Sub.

I have not know my new basic pen
The 7thcpc and other orders on defence pension calculations issued multiple times & are cumbersome. A person like me have expertise on the subject is also unable to calculate the correct pension. I therefore urge the Govt to issue a comprehensive booklet on defence pension duly incorporated all the orders on the subject immediately to enable the correct pension not only to pensioners but to PDAs(bank) also. The bank officials are also unable to calculate defense pensions due to hotchpotch if orders. Due to this I have personally seen some pensioners are being paid more than(even double) their entitlement and in most of the cases paid less.
when I tried to calculate my pension with the help of latest calculator posted on site for calculation of pension it is noticed that Grade pay Rs 6100/- is not there. So when I select Rs 5400/- or Rs 6600/- ( For Honorary Capt) it does not give the correct information. Pls look into it.

Now I am getting my pension 20034 +DA, plus My disability element @ 935 for 40% + DA of 125%. My self retd from the Army after service of 22yrs as a Hav.During the year 1992 jan 1st..let me know how much pension applicable for me as per the 7thCPC all so I wants to know the family pension .At the time of My retd my disability is 20% and then the RMB held (Final)on 2002 and my disability element has been up gde to 40% subsequently CDA(P) Allahabad issue ppo No D/RA/546/2005 @620/=plus DA applicable..The incres of disability as per the 6th CPC onward i am not get any incres pls let me know all the requirement I mention in my letter.
