After declaring the stoppage of additional Dearness allowance for all CG employees including Railways and Armed Forces Personnel for the period of eighteen months between January 2020 and June 2021, every govt employee or personnel wishes to know their contribution to the govt.
As per the Finmin Order, Dearness allowance has been frozen for three additional installments from January 2020 to June 2020, July 2020 to December 2020, and January 2021 to June 2021 to all groups of central government employees and pensioners. The Government of India already declared 4% of additional Dearness allowance with effect from Jan 2020.
The second and third installments of additional DA is expected to hike 3% each (assumption only)

(21% of basic salary – 17% of basic salary) x 6 = A

Eligible Transport Allowance is taken as TA
