Instructions for filling application for KVS Balvatika-3

Attention all parents seeking admission to KVS Balvatika-3,
Please take note of the following guidelines for filling out the application:
1. Kindly be aware that the Right to Education (RTE) policy applies to parents belonging to the SC/ST/OBC/EWS categories and residing within a 5km radius of the school.
2. If you are applying under the RTE quota, it is imperative that you provide the necessary certificate in your child’s name during the admission process.
3. It is essential that you present a birth certificate for your child, clearly indicating their name, when seeking admission for Balvatika-III.
4. We are delighted to inform you that children admitted to Balvatika-III will progress to Class-I in the following academic session of 2024-25.

KVS Balvatika School Timing and Fee Structure 2023

• Duration of the school timing would be 03 hrs per day on a five day week basis
• Vacations and breaks shall be as per the existing schedule.
• Uniforms are not prescribed for these classes.
• The fee structure shall be similar to the existing class 1 and it will be collected through the UBI portal.
