Answer Oh yes Mr I have heard MNS Officers being martyred and there are names being engraved in walls of India Gate. And for your kind information its not MNS rather MNS Officers. Get your tiny thinking broadened and stop acting like a stupid male chauvinist. N moreover why are so eager for an MNS Officers to die in a war front when they are not being treated as combatant. I’m sure once u or your dependents get sick won’t you be in the mercy of an MNS Officer to get well soon. So rather being investing your energy on something you can’t change, just be satisfied with your life and stop being greedy.

Answer So far there is no any single paise benefit for Hony Subedar Major. At least Sub major pensionary benefits should have been awarded/granted. This has to be brought to the notice of the concerned without further delay.

Question I retired as Invrestigator (Statistics) in the scale of Rs. 6500-200-10500 with Rs. 9900/- as last drawn basic pay on 31.01.2003 from Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. My pension was fixed at Rs. 4900/-. My pension was revised to Rs. 11074/- as per VI CPC and was further revised to Rs. 28461/- as per option II and Rs. 29300/- as per option I of VII CPC with Rs. 4200/- as grade pay.
I understand that DOPPW has since issued orders on 4th January, 2019 for revision of grade pay of Rs. 4200 to Rs. 4600/- in the scale of Rs.6500-200-10500/- for pre-2006 retirees. I would request you to impress upon MOHFW to revise my pension accordingly. My PPO No. is 208660300012.

Answer There’s no basic pay in promotions from 7th CPC, only your Designation changes higher. Next MACP for you on completion of 10 year on 2027 at that time your basic pay fixation in level 4. You will get as usual normal increment in level 3. on 1-7-2019.

Answer This is to inform you that you have got increased GP 2800 to 4200 from 1-4-2016, so you are not eligible for increment on 1-7-16, on completion of 6 months from 1-7-2016 to 31-12-16 accident but as per the 7th CPC CSS RULE 10 annual increment will be on 1-7-2017 in Matrix Level 6. Since your pay was fixed from 1-4-2016, if you are asked option it will be given from 1-7-16 this is only option, but you got earlier 3 months higher pay i.e. GP 4200 not GP 2800. You have already in Matrix Level 6 from 1-4-2016. If you require in 7th CPC option you have to refund your higher pay in GP 4200 & you will be given in Matrix Level 6 from 1-7-2017 only, normal increment will be eligible on 1-7-16 in Matrix Level 5.

Question Sir, I am stated that after completion of my 30 years of my service IIIrd MACP was granted to me wef 01.04.2016 and I was given Level-6. In the MACP Order option for fixation of pay to the higher scale was called and I was submitted in the time limit that first give me my annual increment and then my pay be fixed. in higher grade. My next increment date was 01.07.2016. Dispite my option my pay was fixed from date of MACP ie from 01.04.206 and my option was not considered.. Whereas in some other offices option was accepted and pay was fixed from DNI. My pay was fixed as per below:-
01.01.2016-Rs. 12820+2800=15620.
01.04.2016-Grant IIIrd MACP.
01.04.2016- 13290+4200=17490(pay fixation on MACP after giving one increment in the pre revised pay scale)
01.04.2016- 17490*2.57= 44949=46200(pay fixed in the revised pay level-6 of pay matrix-2016)
01.01.2017- Date of next increment.
Now it may be advised whether my option for fixation of pay from DNI which was as per rules or otherwise.
whether I am entitle to fix my pay from DNI. What I can do pl suggest me.

Question I want to know, what were the rules in 2004 regarding award of increment on promotion of Armed Forces officers as per 5th CPC? Can I be helped with this?
If possible also forward the concerned regulation or the link from where it can be downloaded. Willing to pay for the work.
It will get revised in 2019 as per OROP. The last pay drawn by the retirees of 2018 in the rank that your father retired, will be averaged and your mother’s family pension will be equated to 30% of that last pay drawn.

However, I may like to tell you that the revised pension can not be less than the one being drawn. Your message indicates that the family pension was reduced from 1220 + DA to 9750 + DA. That is wrong. You may like to represent your case to higher authorities.

Answer This is inform you that option time is over. Further GP 2400 after 2800 not mentioned as 4200. There’s no pay scales from the 6th CPC for the promotional posts. Only through MACP upgradrations from 10/20/30 years in basic pay of matrix level. changes in the 7th CPC from 1-1-2016.

Comment Respect Sir, my basic pay & grade pay as on 31/12/15 is 9820 & 2400. I got promoted on 05 June 2016 through LDCE as SI/GD in Level 6. I opted to fix my pay on DNI I. e. 01 July 2016. My department has refused to fix my pay on 01/07/2016 with reference that ” as per ccs(rp) rule 2016 clarification 1 of Rule 5, I am not eligible for the second option. And my pay fixed as per 1st option. And DNI declared on 1 Jan 17.
We requested to fix my pay on 1st July 2016 with Grant of two increment (one promotional and 2nd annual) and change my grade pay from 2400 to 4200.
Kly clear that
1. second option is applicable to me ?
If not then fix my pay as per above information. With rule.
With Regards
SI SANJAY KUMAR

Answer No promotional benefits from 7th CPC. Moreover from level 7 to 8 (GP 4800)) only in case of completion of 10/20/30 years as MACP upgradrations pay benefits from after next year of completion those who have without any Promotions, in next matrix level.
