AFD CSD Online Portal Seeks Suggestions on Correction in Dealer, Price, and URC

AFD CSD Online Web Portal Sales 2021

The new online website of CSD seeks valuable suggestions or feedback on the procedure of buying AFD products through the portal.

Sales of AFD-I items through Online Portal will resume w.e.f. 01st Jan 2021 (@ 10 AM) or after updation of selling price applicable for the Month Jan 2021 whichever is earlier.

Please note, if the remark “Temporarily Not Available” is shown against an item, then the Rate for Jan 2021 is not received from OEMs/Firms.
Hence, only after updation of rates received from OEMs/Firms, the items will be available for “Sale” through this Portal.

Soft Launch – CSD AFD Online portal has been soft-launched for doing trials and Beta testing. Please send your valuable feedback using the menu link after login.

Online Payment – Beneficiaries are requested to make an online payment on the portal through net banking and avoid a physical visit to the Bank during Covid Period

Correction in Dealer/Price Data: Please contact CSD Helpdesk Contact Number – 022-79669455 Helpdesk Email Id – supdtafd@csdindia.gov.in if you are not able to find dealer/depot/URC in the dropdown or the price is not showing correctly on the portal

Feedback – Depots and URCs can use the Feedback link under Menu for reporting any issues which they may face while entering manual orders.

AFD CSD GOV IN REGISTRATION FAQ

Where will get the CSD Card ID number for registering in afd.csdindia.gov.in?

The 19 digits alphanumeric number is printed on the front page of your CSD Grocery Card.

Where will get the CSD Chip number for registering in afd.csdindia.gov.in?

The 16 digits number is printed on your CSD Grocery bill. Check any of your Grocery bills purchased in the URC canteen.

What is enrollment or commissioning in afd.csdindia.gov.in for registration?

Enter your date of enrollment date or enter the date on when you joined in service (Defence civilians).

What is the enrollment category in afd.csdindia.gov.in for registration?

Options are Officers (Pay Level 10-18), JCO (Pay Level 7-9), and OR (Pay Level 3A-6). If you Defence Civilian, leave blank.
