    According to view of finalize the due allowance in respect of long waiting CG Employee, but 7CP Anomaly committee doesn’t care the Employee demand which group’D’ and ‘C’ Employee were unjustified and suffering the great anomaly that is ignore the senior and junior pay has been equally fixed,.
    1. One example If one LDC got his promotion to UDC Post in September 2005 another LDC promoted to UDC Post in 2014 and 2015, there’s approximately 10 year different but in 7th CPC the basis pay of both fixed on the same level it is very injustice with senior officials, it needs to rectify how this great anomaly held.

    2. New basic Pay not change it is remaining the same position, in 7th CPC if we calculate old basic Pay with DA, it was more than the new fitments basic which was more lesser than 6th CPC where basic Pay is modify.

    3. Assistant Post may be converted to Section Officer, but no clarification

    4. No departmental promotion option

    5. Compensation ground appointment is continuing not fill up long period of time but no clarification

    6. Casual worker who works in department more than fifteen years, they have no option to recruit.

    7. There’s no modifications of Transport Allowance, it remains the same.

    8. Plan posts of group ‘D’ and group C’ Employee must be converted to Non Plan posts but no action
    This short benefit which normally Employee were unjustified. Honourable government of India and Anomaly committee JCM Union, are requested to attend their honesty and rectify the same.
