The petitioner herein had completed one full year service as on 30.6.2013, but the increment feu due on 1.7.2013, on which date he was not in service. How the Notional increment can be granted in personna ? Why not Hon’ble Supreme court verdict emerged out explicitly as crystal clear and DoPT order accordingly. It is great surprise that conciously the matter of due Notional increment to government employees is kept aside indiscriminately. Whether you are living in a democratic country? It is an alarming situation.Nothing more to pending.

1-7-2021. January/July increments option for promotion/MACP upgradations of basic pay of six months same pay required as per rule 10. First appointment should completed from 1/7 to 30/6 one year period for annual increment.

Sir is there any clear cut order which states that 1st annual increment to newly appointed LDC who joined the deptt on 1st Dec. 2020 won’t get increment on 1/7/21. Any order from DOPT. It’s quite to convince yr immediate superior officer since I m sure that fresher will get their 1st Increment only after completion of 1 year. Pl advise me.

State Minister Sri Jitender Singh given reply in Parliament that case of Perumal was personam not in general. So far judgement of CJI of Supreme Court should not be implemented to everyone. On behalf of this statement DOPT and Railway Board issued letters for not implement the SC order.
This is a grate injustice to those retired on 30th June.
Kindly manage to go Supreme Court again with large majority for taken a fresh orders pl.
