While 5th pay commission clearly specifies the pay band of medical social worker/social worker as 5500-9000 in sixth pau commission our post and pay is not specified and this was mistaken by many public sector undertakings and this put us in a disadvantaged position where we are placed in a GP of 2400 and this is a violation of 5the CPC .Though we hold Masters Degree in Social Work pay commission norms were not followed in our case.Kindly take steps to rectify this anomaly in the 7the Pay commission.

Why pay pattern is being changed in every pay commission. Every time lower employees are being paid lessor than the uper one as is indicated in the table by IRTSA. There should be a uniformity in every pay commission.

Good thinking Joginder Soni…in every pay commission juniors are getting more benefit than seniors. It should be considered and recommend uniform hike for all categories.
