Premature Retirement of Railway Employees – RE Manual (Vol – II)

The process of strengthening the administration in the railway department involves the premature retirement of railway servants who do not meet the required standards. This is carried out through a periodical review under Rules 1802(a), 1803(a), and 1804(a) as outlined in the Railway Establishment Code, R.II, 1987 edition. This review ensures that the department is staffed with competent and efficient personnel who are committed to delivering quality services to the public.
