Sir
I am serving in Army Medical Corps and completed bachelor degree in laboratory medicine from AFMC Pune resistered in MUHS Nasik . There is a lot of imparity in awarding X group payment in army medical corps and dental corps. Though a dental hygienist is getting X group
payment from starting with out any legal degree/ diploma, there are many paramedics who holds legal degree/ diploma and not getting X group payment.
Therefore it is requested to consider X group pay to all technical category with legal degree/ diploma.
Thanking you in anticipation.

Sir, I am serving as JCO in Armed Forces.I request you to kindly consider the following points; 1.Millitary service pay is paid to compensate against the hardship faced during the service and all face the same(infect men face more hardship than officers),hence Military service Pay should be same for all irrespective of rank. This pay was considered in 6th pay commission and it was wrongly considered Rs 2000 for men and Rs 6000 for officers but this time it has been hiked to Rs 15500 for officers and only Rs 5200 for men which is highly unjustified. 2. There used to be 2 slabs of DA till 3rd pay commission in which low paid employee used to get higher rate of DA and high paid officers used to get bit low rate of DA.This used to compensate nearly equall to all group of people but it was made equal for all central govt employees from 4th pay commission onwards. This step has widen the gap hence made the life miserable for low income group. The rate of DA should be in such a way that all are compensated equally against the price rise as every one has to pay the same price for all the commodities. Transport allowance is also need to be paid equally as every one pays the same price for the fuel and officers staying in govt accommodation should be advised to share their vehicles.
