Check the Expected DA from January 2024 for Central Government employees and pensioners with Your Own Prediction Calculator!

Determine the Expected Dearness Allowance (DA) from January 2024 using your own All India Consumer Price Index (AICPIN) data. Our Prediction Calculator provides an estimate of the DA for Central Government employees and pensioners starting from January 1, 2024.

Should you wish to ascertain the upcoming DA hike for January 2024, you have come to the right place.

Let us guide you through the process of calculating the new DA for this period.

We have developed a user-friendly online tool that utilizes expected AICPIN data to determine the percentage of Dearness Allowance for Central Government employees and pensioners. To use the Expected DA January 2024 Calculator, simply input the AICPIN number for a maximum of six months in the designated field.

The calculator requires six months of AICPIN statistical data from July to December 2023 in order to calculate the new DA. Once these months have passed, enter the remaining months’ data and instantly obtain an approximate percentage of Dearness Allowance.

It is important to note that this calculation method is endorsed by the 7th Pay Commission, and the Government of India has accepted this formula. Therefore, enter the All India Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers Base Year 2016 for the month of December 2023 into the tool to obtain the corresponding DA percentage for Jan 2024! The whole number will represent the DA.

Keep in mind that the final approval for the DA hike from January 2024 rests with the Union Cabinet Committee. To calculate the Expected DA January 2024, click on the provided link.
