    Sir, I want to know that if an employee fulfilling all eligibilities for further promotions in reserve category. But at the time of promotion his juniors are being promoted due non availability of post in reserve category and becomes superseded . But are the guidelines in that case can he will superseded till arising of vacancy in reserve category…
