Subject: Revision of pension of pre-2016 pensioners/family pensioners in implementation of Government’s decision on the recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission – Concordance Table Corrigendum regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 06.07.2017 on the subject mentioned above and to say that there is some error in the entries relating to the pre-revised pay of Rs.21820/- (6th CPC Grade Pay : Rs.5400/-, 7th CPC Level-9) in Table 29 enclosed therewith.
2. It is requested that the existing Table 29 may be substituted by the enclosed Table 29. The revised entries have been shown in bold letters.

As per table 29 available with the Deptt of P P&W O.M. dated the 18th June 2020 ,the basic revised pension/ family pensions have been revised w.e.f .01/01/2016.How could we the senior most pensioners get our arrears in time ? With the land mark verdict of the Apex Court dated the 11th July 2019 in the case of Manipur Pensioners Association vs the State of Manipur (who adopted the CCA(Pension )1972) in CA No 10857 of 2016,,there could NOW be no disparity in re-revision of pensions/family pensions as calculated one for those who retired/died on or before 31/12 2005 i.e pre 2006 pensioners & other for those who retired/ died on or after 01/01/2006 i.e post-2006 pensioners while implementing of the recommendations of the the 6th CPC., w.e.f 01/01/2006.Could we have any directions issued by the central govt to re-revise the pensions of we all -Pre2006-pensioners in the wake of verdict of the Apex Court dated the 11th July,2019 in CA NO 10857 of 2016 ?
