We hope and admire the work done by the 7th CPC Chairman, will fulfill the desire everyone.Mother never left sleep till children are not feed properly and not let them crying up to the extent of her ability.
Some days back His Highness Prime Minister Modi as asked suggestion if any for betterment to the pensioners. I have one suggession as below if it is meterialised then there will never any difficulty to pre-retiree and post retiree. This is only to understand . The solution is as under:
Serving employees are provided Increment to fight the inflation in each clander year . Accordingly basic pay increased as per the decided rate in to 10 fold from retiree. Since retiree fixed on 50% of pension. Hence this is the confusion.. If the system is made that Retiree be provided 50% of Increment of Basic Pension as ” Inflation pension” every year as like serviing getting 3% percent and its 50% is 1.5% to the retiree every year than therewill be no problem as Senior will be senior in any pay comission junior who so retire later will junior pension.
For this system- Economics/Expenditure departments have to decided the total serving employees of central govt/defenc/rly etc and retiree to raise the revenue /salaes tax/ excise duty and other means which are taken to fix the critaria for calculation for servicing personnel now retiree will also include to impose on all comodities as well as in all industries etc therefore this problem will definately go away once for all. No burden will on Govt as today OROP force to implement. If any expression need desire please call me I will explain/lacture as how to crub the this ugly situation which comes in front of PM and on this Govt.
    Jai Hind , Jai Bhart.
