In the 6th pay commission the class IV employees who is gettring salary in grade pay 1300 and 1500. (pay band 5220-7440) lot of employees reached at the end point of Rs. 7440 and they are deprived from 1 increment at this stage. The employee who are joined during 1989 to 1991 and who have joined during 1992-1994 both the employee take same salary from 2011 due to Time bound pramotion. The employee who is joind during 1889-1993 his Time bound pramotation comes in the year 2001-2004 and who have joined after 1994 their pramotation comes after 2006 when 6th pay commission implemented. After completion 12 years of service the employee will get one increment and fitted to nearest increment fitment. Who have completed 12 years of service before 2006 the get only Rs. 60 or 65 or 70 as increment and those who have completed 12 years of service the get the increment @3% of basic+Grade pay, (there increment amount comes to Rs. 300) thuse these employees taking pay more than those who have completed 12 years of service before 2006. Now during 7th pay commission they get same pay even they are senior employees. Can govt. do justice to them. Pl. apply fitment benefit to senior employees as per their services.

    Thanks
