How to pay conversion from 6th cpc to 7th cpc?
The 7th pay commission report says as follows about the method of conversion from 6th cpc pay to 7th cpc pay…
“The pay in the applicable Level in the Pay Matrix shall be the pay obtained by multiplying the existing basic pay by a factor of 2.57, rounded off to the nearest rupee and the figure so arrived at will be located in that Level in the Pay Matrix and if such an identical figure corresponds to any Cell in the applicable Level of the Pay Matrix, the same shall be the pay, and if no such Cell is available in the applicable Level, the pay shall be fixed at the immediate next higher Cell in that applicable Level of the Pay Matrix”

Sir,
kindly clarify the pay disparity amongst 02 years junior in seniority since, the pay matrix fixed same pay for both the employees, then the increment for rendering with 02 years of service in same rank is not understood
under the provisions of Rules, Basic Pay – Rs.7260 + GP 2000/- is fixed in matrix table as Rs.23,800/- whereas online pay calculator indicates Rs.24,500/- as on 01 Jan 16. The same may be reconciled under intimation. ,

TA is mentioned upto Rs.3200/- only. What about TA of Rs.3600/-?

Sir,
The inception of the mode of upgradation / MACP is only basing on the APAR grandings from “GOOD” to “VERY GOOD”. This is to be opposed by each individual as this gradings in the APARs will be to the individual employees basing on the work done at Office only (at present). As per the new version the benefit tobe given to the employees those who supposed to work at other working places also (otherthan office) as desired by officers concerned which may lead to more corruption line to the employees and the benefit to the innocent / truly working class will not get the benefit under the new 7th CPC recommendations. Hence everyone has to oppose the same and leave a comment as if the same is accepted everybody has to continue to bound to the rule upto next 10 years. Please oppose about acceptance of the same by the Committee.
