Sir i joined as sr. asstt. in govt of himachal pradesh on 1.4.1990 ACP after 8 year got on 1.4.1998 and 16 year benifet on 1.4.2006. Pay scale was 10300-34800 AGP 4200
There after department allow me center govt scale on 1.1.2006 state govt. 16 year benifet deducted and my MACP benifit is due after 10 year and 20 year in same post . please re fix my pay and MACP Benifit . Pay scale reduced 9300-34400

After 12year 12-10-2001 I got
Ist ACP- 6500-10500
After 20 year 12-10-2009 I got
IInd MACP -4800 grade pay
After 6 year 21-04-2015 I promote
I want to know the next date for IIIrd MACP
Now you are in Matrix Level 9 (GP 5400) no 3rd MACP. Otherwise it is on 12-10-2019.
Sir, i joined the dept on 21 st february 1992 as preventive officer and got promoted to the grade of supdt on 23rd september 2002.I was granted Rs.5400/- grade pay wef september 2006 and retired from the service on superannuation i.e 30.09.2016 in the same grade pay without any promotion.

Sir .On 22/5/2006 I was promoted in grade pay 2400. On 22/05/2016 I entitled macp scheme And fixed my macp on 22/05/2016 in old pay scale I gave option form to department to fix my macp from 1st July 2016 instead of 22/05/2016 in old pay scale. But dept. denied it. They are saying macp can not given on 1st July 2016 in old pay scale.you can get benefits in New pay scale ..
But in New pay scale I am in loss

I joined Food and Nutrition Board, Min, of WCD, on 29/11/1980 as Technical Assistant.. I have completed 34 years and retired in Dec.2014 with one promotion in 2012. after completing 31 years. The Promotional hierarchy is as follows:: Technical Assistant/Dem Off Gr II 9300-34 800 Gr.Pay 4200/-
Demonstration Officer Gr-I Rs. 9300 – 34800 Gr Pay – 4600/-, Asst. Technical Advisers Rs15600- 39100 Gr. Pay 5600 and Deputy Technical Adviser Rs.15600
– 39100 Grade Pay Rs.6600. I was given !st ACP 4600., II ACP Rs 4800/ and 3rd MACP – 5400/- after several correspondence agreed to pay Rs,4600/- , Rs.5400/ and Rs. 6600/- later the dept. is asking us to approach court. Kindly advise. ACRs are good. No remarks..
Answer to M.R.VENKATESWARULU : It is noticed from your above service records, your office should have been given 1st ACP was in 9/99 where the scheme started those who are not promoted within 12 years service as 1st up-graduation as one additional increment, then on completion of 20 years service on 1/9/2008 scheme stated date (but you have completed 27 years) as 2nd MACP up-graduation as grade pay changes and they should have given on completion of 30 years service as 3rd MACP on 29/11/2012 and you have got promotion (4th up-graduation) in Dec.14. In that way you have given GP as 4200 to 4600, 4600 to 4800, 4800 to 5400 & 5400 to 6600. But in the 7th CPC the GP 5400 was split as MATRIX LEVEL 9 (5400) (9300-34800) & same MATRIX LEVEL 10 (5400) (15600-39100) & MATRIX LEVEL 11 (6600) same pay scale 15600-39100 as you mentioned your post as DY.TECH. ADVISER might have comes under level 9,10 or 11. Also checkup you basic pay in which it was fixed then you will come to conclusion that which GRADE PAY it was your service basic pay & pension of basic pay in which matrix levels. But pay was within Rs.39100/- in the 6th CPC. Moreover this is to inform you that as per the MACP rules one should get only three up-gradations in service that is why the promotional scales for the post (designation) have been removed from the 6th CPC & in 7th CPC. only designation changes but no monitory benefits in any posts vacant due to retirements/resignations.

I got First financial upgradation on 03.02.2008 and entitled for 2nd upgradation on 03.02.2018 but AOC (R) informed that your case was not considered because your grading was GOOD on APAR for the year 2013-204.
This is injustice to the employee
Please tell me now, is it possible to represent the same to upgrade grading Very Good
