Wage Negotiation Meeting for Bankers will be held on 29th September, 2018
Next Meeting of Negotiating Committee of IBA with UFBU will be held on 29th Sept. at 10.00 am in Committee Room of IBA at Mumbai
Indian Banks Association has called a meeting with the representatives of Constituent Workmen Unions / Officers Associations on Saturday, 29th September 2018 at 10 AM in the Committee Room of IBA, World Trade Centre, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai.
Earlier the Officers Association of Bank of Baroda published a circular regarding the wage negotiation under 11th Bipartite settlement.

Re: Wage Negotiation – XIth Bipartite Settlement –Discussions with IBA
We wish to inform that the Four Officers’ Organizations held a meeting with Indian Banks’ Association, today. The undersigned represented INBOC. S/Shri Dilip Saha & Shri Soumnay Datta, Shri S.Nagarajan and Shri V.Tikekar, represented AIBOC, AIBOA and NOBO respectively. The text of a circular issued by the Four Officers’ Organizations after the meeting is reproduced hereunder for your information:
“As was decided in the last meeting of the sub-committee of Officers’ Organizations held on 18th August,2018, we had another meeting with IBA today. In this meeting we submitted detailed notes to IBA on the following issues:
1)Uniform Holiday Calendar
2)Increment Pattern
3)Dearness Allowance
4)Disciplinary Proceedings
5)Regulated Working Hours and Reduced Cash Transaction Hours
6)Five Day Week
7)Special Area Allowance
8)Leave Fare Concession
9)Issues Concerning Lady Officers
