Pay Matrix Table for Jharkhand State Government Employees

Jharkhand pay matrix table 2018 is finally released and it’s time to check the revised pay structure.

1. The salary of employees at various levels have been increased as per their grades, and additional incentives are being given out to motivate them.

2. Employees who worked in Jharkhand for more than 4 years can now expect an increment of up to 24%, depending on the nature of job role they are performing in the organisation.

3. The new pay structure has been designed taking into account allowances, bonus amounts, hikes and subsistence charges applicable to employees from different occupational classifications such as clerical staff, supervisory staff etc .

4. All these terms will be applied uniformly across all government departments to ensure parity between both private and public sectors with regard to wage reforms in Jharkhand State.

5. An online portal for checking salary details has also been created by the state government where individuals can access relevant information about their monthly remuneration and dues.
