Reply	If you have availed All India LTC for the block year 2018-2021, it cannot be taken upto 2021, If you have taken Home Town LTC BLOCK YEARS 2018-19, you can avail Home-Town LTC 2020-21 in the year 2020 or 2021 only.

Reply	There is no suffice rules to convert it. It is under the description of sanctioning authority and purpose for which purpose you earlier applied & sanctioned. Normally CCL was sanctioned after the maternity leave/child’s sickness/children’s examination purpose. E.L.is given for so many purposes..

Reply	I think you retired on 28/2/18 of your last basic pay of 7th CPC. at ₹ 78,800/- 50% of basic Pension as ₹ 39,400/- if you are not got any MACP upgradrations of basic pay from 1/1/2016 to 28/2/2018. You have fixed basic pay as on 1/1/2016 as ₹ 74,300/- increment on 1/7/16 as ₹ 76,500/- & increment on 1/7/17 as ₹ 78,800/-. If you want any other details ?

Question	I have joined at IIT 3 months ago and I have applied for transportation charges for shifting of my household items but administration said that i am not eligible. because my earlier job was contractual in state govt institute. They have asked 8 years of experience as contractual/regular in govt/private in the notification. On consideration of previous experience only they have selected me. I have applied through proper channel and submitted NOC at the time of exam. I have also submitted relieving letter at the time of joining. Considering all these am I eligible to claim for charges. Reply	I think you are not having balance of H.P.L so they says the remaining 16 days to avail E..L. For the 16 days commuted leave you should require balance of 32 days H.P.L. in your credit. You can ask them to give Leave Not Due it can be given and it will be adjusted in coming years, (if your balance of service required for it), since you are given medical certificate for the leave, but it is description of the Head of Department.

Question	I would like to know about LTC clarification under NER concession. A person was posted in North Eastern Region (Guwahati). He opted to avail LTC once a year to visit the last place of posting where his family was residing (Delhi) and his family to travel once a year to visit the Government Servant at the station of posting. Presently LTC block year 2018-2021 is running. During the year 2018, family of Govt. Servant visited to N. Eastern region under NER concession (Guwahati) i.e. place of posting of Govt. Servant, but Govt. Servant did not avail LTC for the year 2018. Meanwhile, during the year 2018 he was transferred from Guwahati to New Delhi where his family was residing. The home town of the Govt. Servant is U.P. It is requested to please clarify now for which LTC the Government Servant is entitled.

Question	I was placed under suspension on 22.6.2015 and was revoked on 12.8.2016. on 31.8.2016 I was retired on supernuation and was awarded a provisional pension fixed as per notional pay . But my pay fixation has not been awarded to me till todate The encashment of leave was also given as per old pay(before fixation of 7thcpc ) A departmental Inquiry was also set-up against me which has been completed and the IO has submitted his report to the DA. The decision of the inquiry is still pending since 2 years for wants of UPSC consultation.The charges in the inquiry has not been proved . What should I do now ? Keep waiting for the decision and fixation of pay.or do write somewhere. Kindly guide me the rule positions.
