Madam, Formula 1 was not implemented by government. This is to inform you that as per your husband’s last pay, scale of pay in which CPC & his date of birth of his pension will be calculated and also his attaining the age percentage of it will be added as additional Pension. On the basis of this it will be given as your family pension to you, so give all the mentioned above of your husband’s pay details. It seems to be your details submitted by you it was updated correctly.
My husband’s date of birth was 30.3.1940.He died on21.06.1983 while in service.According to your letter DT.03.03.2014hisQ/Service was 20years.00months.12days.Old pay scale was2000_3200(pre1996).That time I was a lay person.He had a special pay of RS.75.This much information only I could give.Kindly do the needful &let me inform.Thanking you
As per your family pension of RS.4887 x 2.57 =12559.60 rounded to 12560 is updated correctly. If you are attaining age of 80 you will get additional Pension of 20% with your original Pension plus applicable dearness relief to your total Pension..
I am a family pensioner since 1983.My husband was in Cabinet Secretariat .He died while in service.That time my basic family pension was RS.291/_.I received a letter in 1998,&my basic family pension was enhanced to Rs.1964/_In6thCPC my basic family pension was enhanced to RS.4440/_& once again it was enhanced to RS.4887/_.In 7th CPC my basic family pension is enhanced to RS.12560/_.Is there any further enhancement in my basic family pension ? I am a family pensioner since 21..06.1983.My family pension was fixed atRs.291/-.According toNo.Sw/9 (pension)/49634/309/1433_35Dt.19..09.1998my family pension was enhanced to RS.1964/-.At6thCPC my basic family pension was RS.4887/. In 7th CPC my basic family pension is RS.12560/-.According to formula 1 is there any further enhancement in my basic family pension.Kindly let me know.
As per my comments Dt Jan.18.2018.to know if any further enhancement in my basic family pension which is now RS .12560/-in 7th CPC.I am out getting any reply.Kindly clarify me.

The Departmental Pay and Accounts Offices not complying the Revision of Basic Pension as per latest orders 12.05.2017 , even after lapse of two months the pensioners cannot approach daily with Banks .
Even after having Finance Ministry orders for early settlement of arrears in 4 weeks. There is no action by concerned P.A.O nor Deptts. The pensioners Associations are silent with this issue.
