Notice of proposed Strike on 8th January 2020 called by All India Bank Employees’ Association (AIBEA), All India Bank Officers Association (AIBOA), Bank Employees Federation of India (BEFI), Indian National Bank Employees Federation (INBEF) and Indian National Bank Officers Congress (INBOC)
AIBEA, AIBOA, BEFI, INBEF & INBOC have served a notice dated 19.12.2019, proposing to go on strike on 8th January 2020.
A section of the employees of our Bank are likely to participate in the above strike.
For smooth functioning of the Bank Branches / Offices, our Bank is making every effort to provide normal Banking Services on the days of strike. However, in spite of our efforts, if the strike materializes, normal Banking Services in the Branch may be disrupted.
We, therefore, appeal to all our valued customers and all concerned to kindly bear with us and transact their Banking activities as far as possible, before the days of strike, so as to avoid any hardship and inconvenience.
However the alternative banking channels like Internet Banking, Mobile Banking would be available as usual and our valued customers could make use of them for carrying out their banking transactions. We deeply regret the inconvenience that may be caused to all our esteemed customers and general public on account of the strike proposed on 8th January 2020.
