Min. of water resources has not inform me revision of basic pension arrear pre2016 to2020 in spite of even no of requests. Kindly inform about revision of basic pension before2016 and payment of arrear Up to 2020.

I was retired on 31-03-1998 as Executive Engineer from central PWD after completing 35 yrs &5 months in scale 10000-325-15200 My basic pay at the time of retirement was Rs 11300/= pm.and my pension was fixed Rs 5557/=pm.which was again fixed Rs 12560/=pm. What should be my pension in CPC 6 keeping in view the revision of pension order by H” S. court by stepping up the pension by 50% which was accepted & implemented by Govt vide Memo dated 28=01-2013 and 13th feb 2013
It is very surprised to see that the hony capts who have been retired before 1.1.06 have got their pension @ Rs.16145 pm but in my case I was retired as hony capt wef 30.09.2009 but my pension was not fixed @ Rs. 16145 pm. it is not understood why such disparity. kindly look into the matter and do the needful done at the earliest. Everyone should be given equal pension and pers like me should also be paid pay arrears and gratuity as well as commutation amount.
Sir, I have been retired from DSC on 1.12.1982 from the rank of hav/clerk y group on completion of 16 yes and 88 days.I am not getting any pen arrears for the period fm1/06to 23/9/12.kdy may know whether I entitled otherwise.

I have retired on 28-02-1999 as Junior Warrant Officer of group x after completing 20 years 6 months reckonable service from Air Force after completion of terms and conditions of the service and my pension was fixed at Rs. 3206 and same was revised on 01-01-2066 to Rs. 7265. which was further fixed at Rs. 8895 w e f 01-09-2009. now after consideration of fresh rate whether i will get any arrears w e f 01-01-06 of enhanced pension i.e. from Rs. 7265 to Rs. 8995/- and how much and when.
