Recommendations of 7th CPC not implemented by Indian Council of Agricultural Research( ICAR), which is a autonomous body under Agriculture Minister as it’s president , for its pensioners so far . No DA released due wef July 2016 & Jan.2017 so far. What type of system we have? Even pension on old rate is being released on 5 or 6 of next month.
