No. NC-JCM/2016

Dated:- 1st March, 2016

To
The Hon’ble Finance Minister,
Government of India,
North Block,
New Delhi.

Dear Sir,

Sub: Deduction of Income Tax on withdrawal of P.F. 60%

We are deeply shocked to learn about imposing of tax on withdrawal of P.F.(Provident Fund) which is our hard earn money which used to be utilized in all emergencies for medical, educational, building of house, marriage of daughters etc.

Imposition of tax on that had created all round agitation among govt. employees.

On behalf of National Council/JCM it is very humbly requested that this tax proposal should be withdrawn immediately to stop the mental agony of government employees.

I hope Central Govt. will not give any chance of serious agitation on this issue and will not disturb industrial peace as a whole.

Thanking you ,

Yours faithfully,
sd/-
(Shiv Gopal Mishra)

Just read in news…..defence minister thinking about to reduce menpower in defence to overcome financial load from armed forces….one thing I will like inform to them…….
    1 reduce corruption
2 reduce payment of officers in defence..railways n other centre officers
3 reduce msp of officers wich is 3 times more than soldiers sailors airmen……
4 reduce amminities given to officers in defence….railways…centre dept…..they r getting too much payment …they can amminities by themselves….
5 if difference is to be shown for officers in defence railways….thier is grade pay for officers n pbors……..grade itself shows that difference bw officers and sailor soldiers n normal employees in railways….

Defence soldiers are used everywere ….in war…in civil…..in natural disaster….civil riots.
..then why to reduce defence strength in means of financial load……..
If pension is not be given to any employee weather it is defence railways posts……..then let every and each individual from india to join defence …railways…..posts……for short duration…..then retire them without pension……then these civilians will come to how difficult is defence services…..how a track man in railways do their job….how a postman delivers letters on bicycle ……..think about it….

Be a best Indian…best country…..we all are indians and we have to make India no 1 in world in terms of unity…..powers……economic….climate…..rivers….peaceful India….
