Dear Sir/Madam,
We have for reference your notification inviting memorandum from stakeholders expressing their views/opinions/comments on the various terms of references to the commission. In this context, being a responsible stakeholder, we are hereby submitting our detailed Memorandum for your kind consideration.
We also desire to depose oral evidence for the Commission, if and when called upon to do so, and shall be glad to provide any further clarification and/or information as may be needed/called upon by the Commission.

In 6th cpc Z group was upgraded and merged into Y group whereas Y group was not upgraded. Now at present in AMC corps all the technical and paramedical stuff are in the same Y group like GD,Tradesman etc…more over no risk allowence or patient care allowence are given to the paramedicals in comparison to the civil govt hospitals. Are the paramedicals in AMC do not taking any risk while handling with various types of patients and diseases? Or the AMC paramedicals dont deserve any? I have no complain regarding the upgradation of Z group but it is a matter of gravence and frustration among the Paramedicals that they have been downgraded ordemotioned in 6 th cpc….will the paramedicals be upgraded
in 7 cpc?…plese give us patient care allowances sir…we face different risk disease patient in all hours so plese take action…
