Reply:At this stage it is recommendation only, but it has so many condition to avail at that stage of more than 365 days. Actually it should be in 3 spells for the reasons for 2 children on the age upto 18 years.. If more than 180 days increment will be postponed to next year July only.. First condition is it cannot be asked as a matter of rights. It is only sanctioned if the work cannot be suffer in office, as per description of sanction authority of the Head of Officer/Controlling Officer.

Reply:NOTE : You got more salary from 6/13 to 12/16, he is getting only from 1/2017. Next 2nd MACP for you on 23/12/2026 on completion of 20 years without 2nd promotion with the condition of very good bench mark only he also get 2nd MACP from 1.1.2027. Now there is no promotional & senior junior & with designation, only by MACP pay fixation benefit. In appointment only SC/ST/LOWER CLASS OF INCOME group/FORWARD CLASS by ROSTER POINT.

Comment:Sir I appointmented on Dt.23.12.2006 With pay 5200-2000-20200 Got departmental promotion with upper rank only changing of 2400 Grade pay and with one increment… On dt. June 02 2013. Similarly my batchment employee got MACP on 01.01.2017 according to MACP rules. After 01 year he also got promotion to my same rank .. Here is my question sir ? On promotion he is almost junior from me but now he is getting more salary than. May I step up/ antedate with his pay..?

Reply:This is to inform you that 7450-11500 scale already given GP 4600 from 1/1/2016 so no charge. The scale 6500-10500 only now only change GP from 4200. to 4600 from 1/1/2006.

Reply:Since the GP was increased from 4200 to 4600, 50% of Pension of RS.200/-is to calculate for 10 years plus D.R. as applicable from time to time upto 31/12/2015 & from 1/1/2016 it is in matrix level 7 (GP 46000) revised Pension will be fixed upto settlement & get arrears, it is now total 12years completed.. So it will be prepared by individuals with their records/due drawn statements So you have to give letter to revised pension upto date in view of revised GP.

Comment:I am still in confusion about revision of pension for pre 2006 pensioners with effect from 1-1-2006.My pension fixed in 5th CPC was revised as on 1-1-2006 taking in to account pension fixed on retirement plus 86% dearness relief and 40% fitment factor totalling to ₹ 11500. At what stage grade pay of ₹4200 and ₹ 4600 gets included before being revised as on 1-1-2016 as per 7th CPC? Secondly I was told that last pay drawn will never get revised under any circumstance . If it is so the upgraded scale of₹7450-11500scale wiill have no impact on pension to be revised with effect from 1-1-2006 for those who retired in the pre revised scale of ₹ 6500-10500. If there is no revision where is the need to go through the records of 10 to 15years old records is not understandable. Kindly clarify please.

Comment:If you are upgraded as MACP on completion of 10 year without any promotion, from 27 Jun that day you are pay fixation with as advance increment in same matrix leve, so you are not given increment on that year, next year July your matrix level may be higher to next level. Otherwise the promotion is normal due to retirement/vacant post no monitory benefits only your next designation changes from that date i.e. 27 JUNE.

Reply:You got increment/promotion from 1/5/2017, no increment on 1/7/17, if the upgradrations is MACP from 1/7/2018 as GP 2400 matrix level 4. If the promotion on 1/5/17 from that day GP 2000 matrix level 3 changes due to the vacant post you will be in matrix level 3 next increment on 1/7/2018.

Reply:You got 1) 1st ACP as first promotion/upgradrations of one additional increment in basic pay. 2) Promoted as U.D.C. on 5/3/2007, 3) From 1/7/2011 as GP 2800. You got 3 promotions/upgradrations of basic pay. So you are not entitled for any 4th upgradrations in Service. Up retirement you will be in matrix level 5, (GP 2800) getting increments in that stages only.

My second upgradation after 24 years from VPC 4000 to 5000 in March 5 2007. as a UDC. and sixth pay commission my pay fixed as 9300-34000 + GP 4200 in Feb.2011 to which I am entitled. But the Deptt has started my recovery wef. Februay 2011 and my pay fixedwith GP 2800 w.e.f. 1/7/2011. Now I got 3rd MACP in Jan 2013 with GP 4200/- My superannuation dt 31st March, 2021. Is it correct?

Reply:As per your last basic pay 11000/- it is from 1/1/2016 as ₹ 33,000/-, as per your grade pay was given as ₹ 4800 not 5400. Further to inform you that your 6th CPC Pension your last basic pay may be ₹ 10500 if it is now revised Pension is ₹ 32,0500/- only. Or your 6th Pension may wrong total pay above 24950 including GP 4800. It seems your pay was 24470 50% Pension as mentioned ₹ 12,235/-. Check up with your pension book.

Reply:After 15 years PPF it will be given saving bank interest 4% only but no tax rebate for that amount, so you open another PPF or any after Tax benefit in 80c/any other sections.

Reply:Multiplying factor in 7th CPC for all 2.57 only, the entry pay calculation is 2.67 and minimum in level 13 as basic pay is Rs.123100/- 50% pension as Rs.61550/- only. Your increments counted of your last pay. As per the last pay your pension is decided.

Comment: I retired as Deputy General Manager from Ordnance Factories Min.of Defence on 31.10.1992 in the scale of 4500-150-5700 and I was drawing 4950 with 3 increments to my credit.As per one of the concordance table of 7th CPC with 3 increments for level 13 officers applying 2.67 factor my pension should have been fixed at 65300 in the paymatrix of 7th CPC of 130600.as on 1.1.2016. But my pensin has been fixed at 61550.All my efforts to approach various agencies and concerned departments have failed. Could somebody help me to sort out my problem

  Contact your ex-employer with the any proof of your wife and correct it. Also correct your wife name in your Joint bank Pass Book.
