7th Pay Commission Latest News Today – Check Your amount of New DA and 3 Months Arrears from July to September 2019

Dearness Allowance is paid to all Government employees twice a year. A particular percentage of basic pay is given to all Central Government employees and Pensioners once in six months for compensating price hike of essential commodities. According to the price fluctuation of 393 selected items collected from 78 cities across India. The Labour Bureau released the Statistical data of CPI (IW) BY2001-100 for every month.

AICPIN for September 2019

The current AICPIN for the month of August has been released by the Labour Bureau and the index increased by one point and stands at 320. The next AICPIN for the month of September 2019 will be published by Labour Bureau on 31.10.2019.

5% Increase in Pay

Yesterday the Finance Ministry issued orders for granting 5 percent of the basic pay increased from 1st July 2019 to all groups of Central Government employees. [To see the order click here]

DA Arrears from July 2019

The enhanced amount of Dearness allowance shall be issued with the salary payment of October 2019. The NC JCM Secretary requested the Govt. to issue the arrears for three months from July to September before Diwali Festival. If not possible, payment of October 2019 Salary may be advanced to 25th October, 2019.
