7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix Level 3 Salary Slab with 17% Table updated October 2019

Central Government approves Five percent additional Dearness allowance to Central Government employees with effect from 1.7.2019. A ready reckoner table is given below with details of DA amount and arrears for 3 months for Pay Matrix Level Three.

Increasing in DA is an impact on the total salary of Central Government employees in two ways. The first impact will be increased directly in Dearness Allowance from 12% to 17% of basic pay. And another impact will be in the Transport Allowance.
