| Reply | There’s no rules for casual leave. It can be sanctioned by the Head of the Department/Controlling Officer at his/her description by giving the reasons submitted by the individual. It can be sanctioned full in the first month or in the last month of that year. In the leave rules says “it cannot be asked as matter of rights.” |

AS ON DATE MY LEVAL IN SAME : 6TH LEVAL AND 18TH . IE 58600 .
LAST YEAR GOT CHARGE MAN IN SAME PB .
WHAT IS MY POSITION.
I wanted to enquire whether a doctor working in cghs will get maternity leave if she delivers in a private non cghs empanelled hospital.
Surely as wome she is eligible for maternity leave. It is your options to go CGHS or any other private hospitals. O there leave will be given M.C. from CGHS.
