Comment	what is the RLY BD’s Reference Letter NO. for REVISED SUBSCRIPTION RATES to join the Open ended RELHS Medidical Card ? Is it a sum equivalent to Double the amount ofBasic Pension as per 6TH CPC or 7TH CPC? Will an already retired RLY Employee and Will be retiring Employee will have to pay the same amount? Comment	In reply to r. It does not comes under PAY COMMISSION, it involves all the employees in all services and funds allocated for them n earlier BUDGET. before the financial year. So it announces in the financial year begins, in this aspects it will calcuted leaving service/retiring all the employees. It cannot be given arrears due to this problem.

Comment	In reply to Satish Sharma. Ok. sorry, I thought 16790 as (12190+4600). If 16790 + 4600 + 21390 × 2.57 = 54972 fixed as 55200. It is not 62,200 it is 12th stage you might have calculating wrong numbers, please check up.

The Pay was fixed on 01.01.2016 Rs. 55,200/-. But your table shows Rs. 62200/-. Which one is correct. Please verify and tell me.

Check up your promotion date was not preview of your basic pay in pre-revised scales it was as per the matrix level pay only, if it is lower pay than new pay is benefted, you have to repay old pay.. Whichever is beneficial you can give option. After completion of 10 years you may get MACP upgradration from your joining duty and similar Promotions you have already got.

I think your basic pay as 1/7/17 is on rs. 72100, than from the date of joined in MAY, 2018 as upgradrations as MACP basic pay as rs. 74,300 of additional increment and your next increment on 1/7/19 as rs.76500in level 8. Increment is given on 7/18, since you got the increment from 5/18.

CCL should not take at a starch, it can be taken in whole service up to the age IN completion of eighteen years of two children to take care for they can be in sick/any examination timings for both of them in study. Due to this any office work cannot affect in view of lack of staff especially in the Budget Sessions. In some offices more women employees, it can be used on term basis. For that only government gives 100% salary for them first year & those who are taking more than 0ne year continues they deduct 20% of salary. Comparing to other Institution/private services of WOMEN employees in GOVERNMENT is giving good facilities for them in addition to the maternity leave. IT SHOUD BE APPRECIATED in now-a-days both are employed in FAMILY, in my opinion. So it is not unfair, VERY GOOD DECISION FOR IN A FAMILY to look after the child up to the age eighteen.

Which date is correct you get original birth certificate proof through COURT AFFIDAVIT, otherwise you will be retire on 31/01/2020, At this stage it is very difficult & it may treated from your office as a offence as per the government rules. In which date you got the PAN CARD for your future pension it should be given for your pension in the Bank. Moreover your past promotions if any may affect your seniority with your juniors due to if any changes arise your basic pay may lesser than now, it will affect your last basic pay at retirement. (Now your designation may revert) Due to this your service matters may change & your pension may take delay for this if corrections. In future you may get SENIOR CITIZEN’s FACILITIES MAY AVAIL EARLIER.

Comment	In reply to Manoj. In the 7th CPC in any case annual increment is only JULY, not in January. In the case on completion of 10 years upgradrations of MACP. Since there’s no pay scales for Promotions of designations.. Only in appointment 10% in lower class of income/SC/ST & FORWARD RESERVATIONS. No juniors/seniors. If any one appoints first he will come by MACP UPGRADRATIONS WITH VERY GOOD BENCH MARK. IF THE VERY GOOD BENCH MARK of every 10 years he gets upgradrations of basic pay up till retirement 3 upgradrations.

Comment	In reply to M.K.Kumar. Sir, please refer to my earlier query and your reply on the matter. In this regard, I again went through DoE OM dated 31.07.2018 which state that “it is clarified that in case an employee is promoted or granted financial upgradation including upgradation under the MACP scheme on 1st January or 1st July, where the pay is fixed in the Level applicable to the post on which promotion is made in accordance with the Rule 13 of the CCS(RP) Rules, 2016, the first increment in the Level applicable to the post on which promotion is made shall accrue on the following 1st July or 1st January, as the case may be, provided a period of 6 months qualifying service is strictly fulfilled. The next increment thereafter shall, however, accrue only after completion of one year.” In this regards my submission is that if an employee got promoted between 2nd of January to 30th June and gets his fixation after taking annual increment on 1st July then his first increment will be on 1st January which is my colleagues are doing and I think they are right and I will be in loss as I was fixed in January. Your opinion will be appreciated sir.

Comment	In reply to shama. If you are giving medical certificate it will be counted as service as EOL with M.C. Otherwise it will not counted as gratuity, in Pension no change, it will be as per your last basic pay 50%.

As per your 1/7/19 increment of rs..76,500 in level 8 from the date of joined duty of September,19 a rs. 78800 in level 8 and from increment on 1/7/20 as rs.80,200/-, in level 9, option is not necessary,since you get next increment only on 1/7/20, because completed 6 months from 1/1/20 to 30/6/20 in continues 6 months.

Comment	In reply to BHUBAN DAS. They’re getting normal increments in same matrix level, but you are upgradrations as MACP in Matrix level 8 in future you increments amount maybe more than level 7. If it is not befittited with your basic pay with GP 4800 imultiply by 2.57of pay as on 31/12/2015 & in new level 7 compare with old pay as on 5/1/16. You can refer same, orders are there.

Comment	1. I m Bhuban Das, working as PS-II in Railway. My normal increment is 01-07-2016. I have been awarded promotion on MACP after completion of 20 years of regular service (w.e.f. 05-01-2016). Accordingly, my pay has been fixed as Rs. 21,500/- w.e.f. 01-07-2016 after submitting option to fix my pay w.e.f. 01-07-2016. 2. Again my pay has been fixed as Rs. 66,000/- w.e.f. 01-01-2016 after announcement of 7thCPC. 3. On the above, after submitting my potion as per format to fix my pa w.e.f. 1st July/2016, my pay has been fixed as Rs.68000/- w.e.f. 01-07-2016 by deducting all arrears of 7th CPC in three installment. However, the officers/staff are still enjoying their normal increment w.e.f. 01-07-2016 without deducting/returning arrears of 7thCPC. As stated above, I request you to kindly advise me by providing circular/letter so that I may be able to claim for getting back the deducted 7thCPC amount at an early. Your kind cooperation will be highly appreciated in this regard.

Comment	I was given GP Rs. 4800/- w.e.f. 05.01.2016 on MACP. I have submitted option for fixing my pay w.e.f. 01.07.2016 i.e. from my normal increment. On the above, after deducting arrears of 7th CPC my pay has been fixed w.e.f. 01-07-2016. But, it is seen that though the staff/officers who have not opted for fixation of their pay w.e.f. 01-07-2016, but their pay has been fixed w.e.f. 01-07-2016. without deducting arrears of 7th CPC. In view of above, kindly advise me to get return back the deducted arrears amount of 7th CPC as deducted from my pay before fixing my pay w.e.f. 01-07-2016. Further, advise me if there is any circular/order is exist in this regard for claim the same.

Comment	Sir, I was enrolled as direct entry graduate havildar clerk in the Indian army in the year 1986 and retired as Sub Maj after rendering 28 years and 10 months 06 days service. I was awarded honorary rank of lieutenant after retirement. since I was enrolled as havildar, my pay and pension started according to that. Now the pension, they are fixing is according to rank and length of service. I become JCO within 13 years Of service. Now I am asking what will be my pension. I afraid it may not be reduced.

Comment	I have been promoted on 01.01.2018 and opted fixation on the same date and fixed at 60400, I was given first increment on 01.07.2018 i.e. 62200. My next increment will be on 01.07.2019. My colleague promoted on 01.02.2018 and he opted for fixation after annual increment on 01.07.2018 and fixed on 62200 on 01.07.2018. Now as per DOE letter 31.07.2018 he is being given next increment on 01.01.2019 at 64100 and his annual increment will be 1st Jan. Thereby he is getting more pay than me though he got promoted 1 month later. Is his fixation/increment correct? What option I have to get salary at par with him? Or increment given him on 01.01.2019 is wrong?

Under Rule 48-A, he can apply for voluntary retirement after completion of qualifying service of 20 years. Under FR 56 (k) he can apply for voluntary retirement an attaining the age of 50 years (for Gr. A & B) and 55 years (in other cases).
