Reply: If you are not promoted within 10 years earlier it will be as Rs.78,800/- from the MACP starts date, no increment on coming July only next year July increment in level 9 (GP 5400) as Rs.80,200/-.

Reply: No wait age from 6th CPC, Pension will be given as per the last basic pay or ten months average pay whichever is higher. Earlier it was minimum 33 years as full pension.

Reply:Yes, R.H. is just as permission, but you should be applied earlier and got approval due to the office condition it should not be approved for most of the staff of all in same day, in that condition work will not suffer for public.

Reply:No. you are comes under Block 2014-2017, i.e. two Home Town Block 2014-15, 2016-17 or 2014-17 All India LTC. Now you are eligible for next block 2018-21, all India LTC 2018-21 or two home-town as 2018-19, 2020-21. Yes you are eligible in All India 2019, but you are not eligible home town 1920-21.

Comment: You may say anything but the truth is that govt(be it Congress or the BJP ) in connivance with bureaocrats has been denying the legitimate dues to the armd forces by giving false affidavits in courts and has degraded the armd forces below the central police services .Comd and control structure in Counter Insurgency Operations where the central para military services have to work under Army has been tinkered .Officers with 15 years service from these forces start comparing themselves with Army Generals with 30 years service based on pay structure granted to them by NFU and refuse to attend meetings called by army.instead they send junior officers

Reply:Since your MACP was on 12.2.17 have you given option for old pay or new revised pay ? For all the calculation is multiply by 2.57 only (in the case of entry pay it was 2.67) If you have given old pay it was given from 12.2.17 with GP 7600, otherwise MACP from 12.2.17 or from the increment month from 7/17, if you are given new pay from 12.2.17 you are not eligible increment on 7/17, your next increment on 7/18 in Matrix level 12 at your equivalent pay or higher in that stage.

Reply:Your office decision is correct at this stage. You should have before submitting your claim, told lie instead of private air line tickets, return journey tickets were stolen or misplaced. Then they will permitting your claim since with any proof you have gone your place.

Comment:I am entitled for Air journey during duty and LTC. I have undertaken onward journey by train and return journey by private airlines. Since, Pvt. airlines fare is not permitted for LTC. I have submitted claim for onward journey by train and return journey train fare 2nd class ( by restricting actual pvt. airlines fare). But, PAO has returned the bill on the plea that restricted train fare for journey performed by Pvt. airlines is not entitled. Request clarify whether return journey fare restricted to entitled class rail fare is entitled or not. Regards.

Reply:All your increments are covered in your last basic pay on the basis of your last basic pay it was calculated. Due to the revised GP 4600 of your pay so far they have made the tables for latest of your pay, so that it will be prepared by individuals of their office. Because it is having change from 1/1/2006 it involves individual separately every stages of their increments/due to promotions if any/D.A .changes in every six months for at least 12 years from 2006 to 2015 and Matrix Level 7 from 2016 and upto settlements i.e. 4/2019 as on.. So you are requested to contact your ex-employer/PAO, they only calculated from your records from their office of yours. Regard Sir.

Reply:Further informing that I think you have retired as superannuation at your age was 58 years but not mentioned in which month now your age might have crossed 80 years from that month you are eligible additional pension 20% of ₹ 6,220/- plus total ₹ 37,320/-. And due to revised GP ₹ 4600/- from 1/1/2006 so you may contact your ex-employer/PAO for the arrears.

Reply:If 20 increments you got means your last basic pay was ₹ 10500/- as your last basic pay your Pension from ₹ 31,100/- now, but due to revised GP 4600 you will get more Pension with arrears from 1/1/2006 so you contact your ex-employer/PAO.

Reply:Since you got 3rd MACP in 2014,, no upgradrations of pay fixation in Nupur service, only normal annual increments in your same Matrix level upto your retirement.

Reply:This is to inform you that as per concordance table your pension from 1/1/2016 is ₹ 30,200/- first it should be revised in GP 4200 to 4600/- in MATRIX LEVEL 7 from 1/1/2016 if not received contact your ex-employer/PAO.

Comment:I retired in the scale₹6500-10500. At the time of retirement I was drawing ₹10100. I was also drawing charge allowance during last ten months service. As a result average pension considered for pension fixation was more than the last pay drawn. Let me kindly know how pension in 7cpc. Further I have drawn 18incrementh in the retiring scale. Will this factor be considered for revision of pension in the upgraded post of ₹7450-11500? If not will it be justified in the light of rewarding full pension for those with less than twenty years service? Also will this be justified if officials retiring in the upgraded post from 1.1.2006 drawing more pension with the same length of service for performing the same job

Comment:Pay of a person is the total conscutive days in which he worked in that month, wether temperary or regular. Please tell me if a person on superannuation date falls on 31.3.2019 (bieng sunday) when should he be relieved from his duty as office is closed on 31.3.2019 being sunday.. for which date he will fill TR-1 for his relinguish of charge. For how much period he will draw salary if he get retired from service one day earlier as the last day of retirement falls on sunday.
