Estimated 7th CPC Pay Scale with a Touch of Fiction
Everybody has the justify to let their imagination run wild before an official announcement is made..! Its impact differs based on the number of people who eagerly await the announcement.
The 7th Central Pay Commission, constituted by the Central Government, is busy formulating its recommendations for the new pay scale. Constant stream of information has confirmed that the 7th Pay Commission, chaired by Justice Ashok Kumar Mathur, is working at an astonishing pace.
After receiving memorandums from all the leading employee federations, the Commission is now touring the entire country in order to gather opinions. The tour began in June and continues till date.
The Commission is involved in visiting pre-determined cities and talking to the various Central Government employee associations and individuals in order to hear their opinion.
The Centre has given the Commission 18 months time to present its recommendations. The Commission was constituted on February 4, 2014, the Terms and Reference for the committee given on February 28. This means that the 18-month duration ends in August 2015.
Since nearly half the duration has ended, we can now expect some rapid action from the Commission in preparing the recommendations.
Meanwhile, in order to cater to the expectations of employees who are curious to know what the Commission has in store for them, many websites and blogs are competing with each other to give their own possible list of recommendations of revised pay scale and allowances.
Reactions from Central Government employees like shock, surprise, jubilation and disappointment are unavoidable.
Yet, not all estimates go completely wrong.

7th pay commssion should organized in four grade A,B,C,D with minimum margin of pay band scale including grade pay as per educational qualification and transport allowance and miliitary service pay for armd forces should be same for all rank and all pay band .so that higher rank official should not over suppress to their junior even as power should be decentralized in all official even as
promotion should be periodically from lower ranj to upper most rank in stable duration
I hope from bjp government let not be commit wrong pay band gap of all official and look into mind of lower grade also eradicate the anomaly and disimilarity of 6th pay commission where lower grade and middle grade personnel had been overlooked.

there were 3 groups in the armed
forces i.e X,Y,Z. Now after 6th
cpc the Z group has been merged
into Y group but the Y group was
not upgraded. The present fact is
that in armed forces which
claims as no-1 rated organization
in India; a non-technical trade
like HOUSEKEEPER,
GD,COOK,BARBAR n many more
are getting the pay scale like a
TECHNICAL group in all
corps….specially in AMC all
paramedical troops are counted
in the same group of Tradesman
and GD…is it means that in 6 cpc
the Technical groups were
downgraded or they got
demotion? I have no complain
for upgrading the Z group but a
question for the demotion or
downgradation of the Technical
groups
please upgrade technical grade and give arriers since 01.01.2006

As it is said, In Airforce Technicians are the brains. Technical officers other than signing admin papers , are they guiding their technicians except few % hardly it is 5%. But the salary and benefits???????.
And MSP and ration allowances must be equal to all, as officers getting their different pay and grade pay it is more than sufficient. There should not be parity in MSP and Ration money . We and they also have one stomach only why this parity?.

msp ka margin offr-jco-ors sabhi keliye barabar hona hai kyom ki sabhi ka uniform ek hai, yeh nahi offr alag aur jawan alag uniform kabhi pehentha hai ,offr keliye pay scale alag rekho lekkin msp barabar hona chahiye. Aur feild area chodkar piece area keliye ration aur uniform ka paisa dedo , kyom ki is ka nam par bahut paisa vaste hai bathana wala kutch bhi bolne dho lekkin sochanewala hilega bhi nahi! I am working in DRDO and put up more than 31years service and got only two promotion.. recently i got MACP and my grade pay has been enhanced to 4600/-. If i get promotion there will no financial benifit. Sir my humble request is that, When the individual get MACP, that has to be considered as his promotion whether the vacancies are available or not &considering as MACP Promotion. when the vacancy is available his seniority can be regularised . when individual get MACP why 7th CPC con’t consider as his promotion alongwith that.

Para military main posted karmiko ko incounter main sahid hone per ose sari benifits / lakho rupay diye jate hai jo ose kisi kam ka nahi parantu jite hua oski pay itni come hoti hai ki woh apne parivar aur apne baccho ka dekhbhal thik tarah se nahi kar pata hai na hi woh apne baccho ko acchi education hi dila pata hai kripya 7th CPC main khuch ish tarah ke phayde laye ki ek karamchari ko jinda rahte hua bhi financial benifits hota rahe sath hi yeh bhi request hai ki jinle bacche padhai kar rahe hai unhe CEA claim karne ki bajay P.M. unke pay main dene ki sifaris ki ja sakti hai

I have been appointed as CT/Daftary in BSF ,undergone BRT and office procedure course with other Min staff . Also,doing the duties of Receipt and dispatch clerk but treated as Tradesman , is it not wrong ? Everyone knows the work assigned to this rank and the importance of its work and the responsibility of this rank, then why does this rank comes under class 4? The work of this is different from civil and the rank holders of this does the work of clerk in para military. Hence ,CT/Daftary should be given status of clerk and this rank may be upgraded as Hc/R&D according to the responsibility assigned .

It is true that in forces officers have been provided with excellent facilities with less work where as other ranks have been ignored by the govt. And suppressed by the so called officers..in air force the senior wanted youngest look and want to become WG CDR in 10 yrs but does not like to see men to have JWO promotion before 23 yrs.Airmen who are well qualified works on the highly sofisticated aircrafts are being paid very low.In my service I have seen many technical officers who were only employed to sign the leave applications of the technicians and were not even able to rectify simple snags on the aircrafts. The fliers knows everything about the technicians.In civil a sepoys can become DSP but in services jawan can not go beyond MWO/ Sub Maj . CAS and other Offrs should look into the matter.
My motto is not to pull down anyone but to draw the govt. attention towards the injustice done to the air warriors.I have served 26 long yrs and left the job in 2008.

Military Service Pay to the all ranks including officer/jco/or etc should be equal because as per rank structure all are getting difference in grade pay all all individual are working in the same field/peace in army so its my sincier request all should be get equal msp for military service

Officers ka jitna allnce hai utna jawan ka total pay nahi hai .army me kam sabse jyada jawan karta hai.dono ka aim bhi ek hota hai to jawan aur offr ke basic me anter hona chahiye allnces me nahi.ye kab samajh me ayega judge saheb.

Agar berojgari mitani hai to har govt employees Ki age limit ghatani hogi like army yani only up to 45 yrs bajay 57 ya 60. Agar 57 ya 60 saal take ek aadmi kisi post mai baitha rahega to hamare bachche kab naokari main lagenge. Govt ko sochana hoga agar berojgaron ko rojgar dena hai to.

Sepoy had se jyada kam karta hai phir pay commission ke time ye officers kyun apna phayda kar le te hai sepoy kyun service chhodte hai kabhi socha hai? socho! officers 60 years but sepoy not why? socha hai? dimag nahi hai kya? kabhi surprise round liya hai units ka? jo sach janoge! Hun, sab dhakosla hai.
