what is the new for LDC/UDC pay band same 5200-20200 and as a LDC starting pay is 5830+1900 but in ministry and courts as LDC find first salary 7500+2400 that is a big different but in DDA an UDC taking grade pay 2400 why please finished this different in this pay commission and take right dicision for LDC/UDC
LDC & UDC staff are always victimised from 5 CPC to 7CPC. Minimum salary 18000 AND MAXIMUM IS 250000. THIS IMPACT TO A GREAT EXTEND. MARKET IS ONE FOR ALL. FLAT RISE IN ANNUAL INCREMENT & DA MADE THE POOR TO POORER AND RICH TO RICHER.
Pay Commission failed to understand that inflation in the country affects middle class more than anyone. As a result they need to look after salaries of LDC,UDCand Section Officers more than the other groups. But 7cpc has given a big jolt to their expectations.

In comparison to other pay commission, uniformity should have been maintained and 7cpc has balanced the increase if not more as was done by 6cpc. 7cpc has recommended one rank one pay for the civilian as well, it may be a good news for the past pensioners.Previous commission never see the interest of past pensioners, they always placed at the bottom of the scale, even if they served in that scale ten years. Credit goes to the commission members, govt of India and the employee association efforts struggling for the last eight years. Hopefully states will also implement these pay scale at their earliest as recommended by central govt. We all expect that employee will perform their duty honestly and sincerely and create work culture in the offices.

The states which have adopted the pay structures i.e. pay scales/ bands in respect of their employees corresponding to Central Govt. employees` status i.e. A,B,C & D, shall adopt the pay scales/bands equal/similar to the status as mentioned. Carry home salary pack depends upon an employee`s savings or deductions from the emoluments he or she would draw. Most of the state govts have been two stages behind the 7th CPC of Central Govt.. Don`t worry nothing shall adversely affect your pay scale/band this time too !

And crpf is a very good a nice Force not only in india but also whole in aisia but many types of facility not provading by Govt. Like 28 days c/l, para Military allowance,CSD canteen, maleriya allowance in lwe and good quaility clothing etc. Facility very requre of every personal of crpf.
Very difference in pay beteen Military and para Military when now a days doing very riscy duty perform by para Military Force like crpf performing duty in lwe, j&k and ne that which it is unjustyfy.
In Delhi, the space in govt accommodations are very small and such type of size quarters are available @7000/8000, whereas, as per new scale, the amount of HRA is just double. Besides, I am living in Type A quarter and entitled for C type but die to non availability, I am living A type for which I have to accommodate family in other private quarter.

kindly identify the difference of Basic pay for the Assistant Professor(15600+6000AGP=21600/-) and Associate Professors (37400+9000AGP=46400/-) but in the 5th it was very clearly stated the difference of same percentage…..like 8500 for lecturer , 12500 for assistant professor and professor is 16500/- basic pay…… why not this differences was not maintained in the 6th pay.. so kindly identify the differences….and clarify this in the 7th pay….

In 7th pay, nominated staff working under train accident site should give them special benifits, because they have to alert 24 hrs time ,When ever accident siren blowing they have to reach within 25 minutes at ART ,ARME train.,The staff can not leave headquarter, in holiday also without getting permission by their incharge, The staff can not fully enjoy party, picnic in rest time , so no one staff want to nominate his name in ART,ARME train. Government should give them staff some extra benifit so that the staff have self interest to nominate his name in ART & ARME..

INJUSTICES towards JCOs, ORs in 7th CPC
1. Once again pay commission has recommended inequal MSP. JCOs, ORs 5200, MNS(for NO risk at all) 10800 and Commissioned Officer-15500. My finger is healing here. My Heart is trembling after seeing this injustices towards JCO, ORs. India know MSP is paid for risks faced by our Fauji. India know/see that maximum risks are faced by Jawan, JCOs. So Jawan, JCO’s martyr rate is much more than commissioned officer. One can easily understand it by seeing all martyrdom which took place in last 6 month or say last One year. Hence, Jawan/JCOs must be paid more MSP. But pay commission has not understood this open fact. Services HQs are also guilty for demanding MSP on percentage basis of basic pay. So now very bad result has come. GOI to rectify this MSP issue.
2 once again Militiary Diploma holders are cheated by pay commission. It has not recommended all militiary diploma holders pay and GP at par civil diploma holders.
3 IAF backbobe Sergeants, army Havildar and navy’s PO has been not recommended in higher scales(pay band2). So a jawan will enroll in pay band 1 And after rendering colourful services of 20,17,15 years , surprisingly they will continue to retire in pay band 1 Only. We know that in civil an pay band 1 Employee get promotion to pay band 2 within 5 years only.
I request you all don’t leave this injustices this time. Tight your belt to fight against these injustices towatds JCOs, ORs.

What is CCA? It is abolished by 6th pay commission itself.
MSP should be equal for all Ranks. Because they all are military and all military personal sacrificing for the Nation squally. So why the MSP of jawan is only 1/3 rd of the MSP of Officers. It will demoralize the Indian JAWAN. And I say the jawan are real sacrificer and real fighter at the LOC , the Coast line and at Sea also. So GOVT. should not ignore them.

Clks in Indian army was enrolled in pay gp b during 1989 after that they were neglected bby all pay commissions. Pets enrolled in go d e are upgraded y clks are still there. All the official works is being carried by clks only. No one is giving aa single draft. Clks themselfs are doing everything. It suggested pay clks jcos is needs to be reconsidered and to be increase min 10% comparing to other trades

Its the biggest damage that can present government perform on the part of government employees. The minus sided pay commission should never come into force as its not required. It seems that government has nothing to give to its employees, why they are implementing it. The affection to government employees from government side is explored and its perfectly not needed by the government employees. Rather then giving you are taking from us. Now we can understand that people sitting in such positions of this government are negative minded people. The total report shows neglegance of approach of people in government. Its not a commission report of Justice Mathur, Its a total ignorance of hard work putin by the employees.

Please check it rationally .the MSP should be given equally to all irrespective to rank because military life threat in warfare is equal for all.
1. MSP should be same for both – Officers and PBORs. When the life risks are same then it is SHAMEful that MSP is not same.
2. The difference of Payments for both is very large. The commission should notice this point also.
MACP should be implemented from 1.1.2006 along with 6th pay instead of 1.1.2008. Large no of seniors are being deprived .Very juniors are getting Grade pay 6600 from 4800. & 15600 scale from 9300.
I think calculator is not correct. Multiplication factor varies from 2,57 to 2.82. 7th CPC Report does not spk about CCA .and TA figure is incorrect. Calculation should have been based on grade pay and not uniform application of 2.86.
MSP should be equal to all ranks. MSP entitled to military personnel only. Officers and PBOR both are military personnel and their life risks are same. So please decide it again. Thanks.

Difference in MSP between offers n pbor used to be a big difference. A ray of hope was there in 7 CPC which didn’t shine. And in contrary it proposed a huge difference in comparison to 6th CPC. Life is very precious to all, but difference in price for two difference life’s. wooow.

I retired as Superintending Engineer on 31 july, 2004 in pay band 37400-67000 and grade pay 8700 after serving 31 years in BCD, Jharkhand government.My basic pension was fixed as (37400+8700)x 31÷33/2 = 21653. Once employees after Dec..2014 getting 50% of last basic drawn,, then why not those retired before 1st. Jan, 2006? Please inform me as to how much I should get wef 1st.Jan, 2016. Jharkhand government didn’t add my 2 and half years service rendered in Central government before joining Bihar government before biferification.
When a semi govt can give the bonus to their employees then why cannot state govt can give bonus to their employees like Pune mahanagar palika , Mumbai mahanagar palika etc and many more? The most important think is this that state govt gives fund to all mahanagar palika to run their activities.

The rate of pension for IV CPC pers was too less and as per VI CPC my pension was fixed Rs.4483/-. and now including 113% DA I am getting too less Pension. My age is 71. Now I am compelled to stay out of my home for the reason I donot want to explain. The pension what I am drawing is not sufficient for one person(Self). Will I get new pension as per OROP. How much I may expect. Will anybody can guide me that how much pension I may expect including Hospital benefit.

Sounds ridiculous! Is every one going to take home lottery prize as monthly pay & allowances? It is going to be very tough exercise for the government to reduce the hike in every grade. All I can say is for all those who get salary below 50,000/- (gross pay) the increase will be anywhere between 400 and 8000. It would be challenge for the government to put control on the spiralling pay of the Officers. You know how much a Group captain in IAF is getting? More than 1.5 lakhs. I have nothing against officers. But do they need a hike?? Is their contribution is compatible to what they earn? comments column is not enough for a detailed discussion (or atleast, I am not ready). It will be less pay for everyone and it is justified.

Other topic of discussion: a LTC availed by a CG employee, outward journey performed him and inward journey performed by their family members i.e. wife, son, daughter, himself and mother. the inward through train e-ticket wait list, but at the day of journey that ticket was confirmed, and journey was done by them. the ticket confirmation was received through sms or list available with ticket collector at train. Now the point is the PAO objection, that journey in wait list ticket performed by them, but it is not possible to journey by train whether ticket is not confirmed, now after four months delayed to settle the claim, and confirmation sms of ticket received from railway was deleted. now the claimed can be sanctionable or grantable

retirement at present policy some discrepency in the date of birth, date if birth is 1st day of the month he will retire previous month, if birth date is 2nd he will retire same month end i think it wrong whoever born 1st day of the moth also retire same month end. please look at this matter is seriously. and my date of birth is 1st july i will retire june end and i will loose on annual increment and it one month salary it will effect the total caculation

If the Person has Joined in between the age of 18-25 year(till 1982).All person have completed 33 Years service So they will be forcely retired according to the above circular. Those person have faced very poor financial condition. At that period the average salary was Rs 500-600 in 3rd Grade service. The attaractive salary has been given from 6th cpc. So this type of employee will become invain,hopeless&pessimist. Their economic condition will not be beter ever. So it should not be implemented.

Regarding pension,the pay at the time of retirement will be the basis.There were several representations on the following pension related recommendations.
1.60% of the pay and DA drawn may be the basis for calculating pension.
2..40% of the pay and allowances at retirement to be the family pension.
3.For the pre retirees of 1-1-2016,60% may be allowed as pension on the minimum pay&DA of the post in which the pensioner had retired.
4.The medical insurance of 5 lakhs for the spouses and pensioner for a block year of 4 years,on contribution basis

I humbly request that Government employee or Civil Building basic workers is no different.. today is rate of cost over. but salary is low. Private company salary is Government salary than over.So one day salary is 1500 to 2000 today is available rate of cost. so DA 50% merged. After 3.86 calculation pay + Day including allowances please consider the all India State (or) Central Eemployees morethan defferent remove the more than deffrence scale state, central consider the 7pay commission department jayhind.
There is no way salary hike will go the way it is projected. It is better to forget the past payment process because till 5th pay commission, a hike in TA/DA or increment was not a big sum that will disturb government financial planning.
If the Govt follows the same pattern for fixing the pay, it will become another Greece in due course. Employees should be ready to gulp a bitter pill.
My feeling on the issue of salary is that those who are in higher rank will get lower pay and those in the middle may get about 20-25 percent and people in the lower rung may get upto 30 percent.
Uniform percentage based hike across all the salaries will be difficult for the government as years roll. Higher rank – low salary and lower paid will only get pay hike which can be comparative to the earlier pay commission formulae.
Multiplication Factor will be between 2.60 and 2.80 of Basic Pay (Pay in the Pay Band plus Grade Pay).

Though proposed retirement age/number of years service pattern is implemented, its effect should be from July 2016 by benefiting the suddenly affected employees by fixing the pay and granting one increment according to 7th CPC. This will benefit them in getting revised pension (under 7th CPC). This will also provide sufficient time to prepare pension papers and receive them back to respective offices.

1. I would like to invite your kind attention towards upgrading of pay band from Rs 4200 to Rs 6600 in PB 3 to General Manager, Departmental canteen working in Ministry of Defence New Delhi under the Administrative Instructions of DOP&T the same is requested on the basis of same rank same pay because the General Manager of Deptt. of space Banglore is getting grade pay Rs 6600 in pay band- 3 wef 3rd CPC. It is therefore requested to save the goodwill of the apex post of . General Manager canteen, hence he is controlling and managing the 22 to 57 staff of canteen , performing a job of Reporting Officer during the completion of ACRs of staff and their responsibility as Incharge of Canteen. The apex post of the General Manager in the hierachy of the Non Statutory canteen employees cadre will be filled now by promotion on the basis of 10 years experience and from the feeder grades of D. G. M., Manager Grade II, and Manager cum Accountant etc. after the commerce graduation as per the ammended model rules od DOP&T. Due to merger of pay scales by 6th CPC General Manager carrying the same grade pay as per their juniors- Manager Grade II , DGM and Accountant cum Manager of feeder grade i.e. Rs 4200 which is the cause of functional disturbance. Befor 6thCPC GM was in the scale of 5500-9000 and Manager Grade II & others were in 5000-8000 pay scales. This can be seen from the hierachical chart of canteen cadre post at para 3 of the Vth CPC, and as per SIU report of Dec 2004 when the feeder grades of D.G.M etc were upgraded to Rs 5000-8000 from Rs 4000-6000, then also consequently SIU D.O.P&T upgraded the pay scale of General Manager from Rs 5000-8000 to Rs 5500-9000, A similar situation has now taken place whereby the apex post of General Manager has been brought at par with the feeder grades i.e Manager Gd II, D.G.M etc. This anomaly warrants reconsideration on lines of post Vth CPC upgradation order of D.O.P&T OM No. 13/10/2001-Dir(c) dated 22 Dec. 2004.
2.. Designation of Manager gd II should be replaced as Manager only because there is no post of Manager gd I in Departmental Canteen cadre of Ministry of Defence , Therefore the designation of Manager gd II in the absence of Manager gd I does not arise.
3. Please take on priority and include in the agenda of next meeting of conceren Committee and Cadre Review committee for Non Statutory Departmental Canteen Employees as deemed fit.
4. It is humbly requested to the Honourable Authority of 7th CPC, ,the Honourable Authority of DOP&T and our Executive Members of National Council JCM to solve the issues as mentioned above and also mentioned in forwarded 10 copies to the 7thCPC for all AFHQ canteen cadre in a positive manner please.

Your calculator is not correct. The revised Grade pay is now shown in the columns. May be you have some information that the Grade Pay system is going to be dispensed with.

If this method of calculation of pay is considered as on 1st January, 2016 speculating the promulgation of 7th Pay Commission then what will be the DA and other allowances on this day? A GOOD NO. OF STAFF (LDC) AAPPOINTED ON THE SAME YEAR i.e. 1983, THEY ARE GRANTED GRADE PAY 4600 UNDER MACP BUT MY GRADE PAY STILL 4200 AFTER MORE THAN 32 YEARS OF SERVICE PERIOD.
SUCH DIFFERENCE IN G.P IS POSSIBLY CREATE LARGER DIFFERENCE IN PB AND GP IN 7TH CPC.

Govt.of India will follow the 5th CPC Pay structure or 6th CPC Pay structure that is also a question for commission and Govt.. Only muddy politics are going on, nobody thinking about poor Govt.employees situation. In all stage employees are suffering. just you see new pension scheme, employees now in confusing stage what he will do? whether he can draw or not if he will draw how it is? So this Govt. has no specific thinking. Its example is “SoChha Bharta Abhijan”

7th Pay Commission should look into the problems where CGHS Dispensaries are not located. Pensioners living in the Metros are a privileged lot. But pensioners living in cities other than the CGHS Dispensaries are located face a lot of problems. The meager amount of Rs 300/- is not sufficient even for one consultation of the Doctor. Then what about purchase of medicines. It may be noted that all diseases will start only after retirement and the pensioners difficulties can not be described in words. Lion share of their pension will be spent on medical expenses and what do they have to meet other fooding and clothing. Pensioners do not want medical allowance but they want cashless treatment in the corporate hospitals where CGHS hospitals are not located. If this problem is solved, pensioners shall be indebted to the Govt.

your multiplication is shown 2.8 but your calculator shown factor is 3.19 so which one is correct ?
Needs automatic change of Grade pay in PB 4/ PB 3 after completion of 5 years in one Grade Pay i.e. from GP 87000- 89000- 10000. as done in scientist cadres.
There is vast difference in University cadres and other scientific cadres with equal qualification at different level like Grade pay 5400 vs GP 6000 etc. Needs uniformity.
Anomalies in Age of retirements in University and other Research Organizations needs uniformity..

Thank you for the effort. i am a little doubtful about he basic pay conversion methodology you’ve used. the assumption apparently is that fixation will account for accumulated increments in the existing structure. that is not the case is it? after bunching, the increments shrink, do they not? my current basic (incl grade pay) is 60,600. your calculator has reset my new basic to Rs 219,060 (basic plus grade pay). surely this is an over estimation.

secondly, no office will be closed on any day, some employee must be in office to attend public, the employees may perform on roster and are eligible to have the designated holidays when required.

The calculation lacks realistic approach and it should be done on professional basis. The Government may give weightage maximum up to 25% of the existing emoluments. Therefore, the calculator needs to be rectified.

Multiple factor may be 2.20 instead of 2.28. Hence estimated calculator may please be amended accordingly. Though we have no positive hope for such multiple hike from the govt. However let’s us.
Before implementation of 7th CPC pay structure, the Govt. should first remove anomalies in the grade pay of lower formation. No new grade pay should be created. If created, this should be on “where applicable basis” otherwise some employees would again deprived off getting proper pay scale as got after creating new grade pay of Rs.2800/- by 6th CPC.
