Not Satisfactory- the report of 7th CPC for AFHQ Canteen Employees Association-Recognized by Ministry Defence , after various repeated representation and discussion with Hon”ble. Director D K RAI 7th CPC and after their assurance to do some thing favourable for the removal of anomaly betweeen General Manager (5500-9000 pre-revised) promotional post numbering only 7 Nos in MODefence and total registered. with DOPT I6 Nos against DGM, Managers II and Manger cum Accountatant(5000-8000 pre-revised) feeder post numbering only I8 Nos in MODefence and appox 100 in total registered with DOPT of Non Statutory Departmental Canteens hence no major financial implications requires for above 07/ I6 post of GM , neither he has read our representation and recommendation nor has called up for another meeting to explain our grievances because our case has not represented by JCM Office bearers although commission has agreed for the same anomaly of others ministry as Safdarjung Hospital steno I and Steno II and research assistant of others. Sir we have forwarded this anomaly to JCM representative , JS (Trg) & CAO , CAO( CP CELL), DOPT Director of Canteen and PM OFFICE alongwith 10 copies to Secretary 7 CPC but no action of all efforts although we are looser and feeling deprive.
We would like to take this mater at another platform for justice -any Directorate can do the favour of General Manager- Promotional Post against Deputy General Manager and Manager- Feeder post of Refreshment Canteens Management who are performing their hard duties from 700 AM to 8,00 PM in various Central Govt Offices and Ministries in the welfare of Hon’ble Ministers , Officers and Employees.

The point discussed by Ramoo regarding generosity in recommending to higher benefits to the pensioner is the need of the hour which can hardly be brushed aside by Govt. But what the present will do on the recommendations?Accept in toto or use discretionary powers to give popcorn to the hungry elephant.More over overall pensioners in all the state and public undertakings the vote bank cannot be forgotten in the ensuing state elections to Assembly seats. and rajya sabha seats falling vacant for which the present central govt. has an eye to have majority to foster veto power to be placed for voting in respect of many laws on hand waiting for voting.

This Commission has done much to the Pensioners by providing the full parity for which the Pensioners were striving for since quite sometime. The financial benefit accruing to the Pensioners with the granting of full parity is quite substantial and if this commission were not to grant this, it would have been almost impossible for the Pensioners to get the same in the near future as the govt would have pleaded its inability in the absence of the 7cpc recs on this issue.

It is beneficial to merge 5o%nof D>A to pay. to Employees and to pensoners. We still expect the tables of DA calculation and Grade pay to pensioners with effect from last 6th pay commission. The days are very short to 1-1-2016 the commission should gear up fastly to bring the CPC report. Dragging on to 1-4-16 is not fair to the employees and pensioners.
