Yes, 3% of additional Dearness Allowance with effect from 1st July 2021 may be announced soon by the Central Government!
More than 35 lakh existing Central Government employees (including Railway employees), Armed Forces Personnel and retired pensioners will get another 3 per cent of Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief (DR) on basic salary and basic pension respectively from 1st July 2021.

The Consumer Price Index for Industrial Employees (AICPIN) Base Year 2016=100 is increased by 1.1 points in the month of June 2021. The below table describes the DA calculation with CPI data for 6 months from January to June 2021.
