- I Joined Last Year on 02/Feb/2019 in the Department Of Education.
After the 7th Pay Commission, My Increment Should be on the 1st of January. But My Clerk says that your Increment will be on the 1st of July 2020. Now please tell me about, Which is the Perfect date for my Increment, Is It 1st January 2020 Or 1st July 2020? Please Answer.

1-7-2020 first increment will be given on completion one year service from 1-7-2919 to 30-6-2020.

- Sir My basic pay is Rs. 32,300 in pay band 4 as per 7th CPC. Now I have been promoted to next rank in PB 5 as on 7th CPC, with effect from 01 Jun 2019 . As On 01 July 2019 what will be my basic pay as per 7th CPC.

No pay benefits in promotions from 7th CPC. Only next designation changes higher.

- I got MACP in 2017 and fixed my pay in Level-3, My pay on 30.06.2019 is 29300, I got promotion to higher post i.e. in Level-4 on 01.07.2019 & this is the date of my Annual Increment too. Please clarify whether I’m eligible for Annual Increment along with Promotional Increment? Then what will be my basic pay & date of next increment? Please suggest.

There’s no basic pay in promotions from 7th CPC, only your Designation changes higher. Next MACP for you on completion of 10 year on 2027 at that time your basic pay fixation in level 4. You will get as usual normal increment in level 3. on 1-7-2019.

The date of next increment will be on 01 January 2023 or 01st JULY 2023….?
I have been promoted in February 2022, and pay has been fixed in July 2022 on the promotion post, (opted fixation from the date of the next increment i. e JULY 2022.).
my office has communicated that the next increment will be in JULY 2023, however as per my understanding ref:- Swamy,s Handbook 2023, (page 343, 8 illustration, 2:-fixation of pay on promotion when the official opts for the fixation from the date of next increment) next increment should be in January 2023.

As per the rule CCS 10 & your promotional date (i.e. same six months same basic pay required) (two) increment, ( normal increment & fixation increment on July 22 given in same MATRIX LEVEL & DNI on 1-7-23 stage of basic pay located in promotional fixation in next MATRIX LEVEL ((higher due to promotion)onwards. What said is correct.
I am working as asst. professor in an engineering college(MS) from 17/07/13 in the stage 10 of 7th pay commission. I got promoted to stage 11 on 1/4/2019. My basic payment before promotion was 70900 on 1/01/2019 and my increment date was July 2019. What should be my payment now? And which date for increment should be beneficial for me? Currently I am observing no change in my payment after promotion. Is it possible?
If your third pay fixation was completed in your service no other monetary benefits only designation changes higher.
My pay matrix level is S-1. Is 15000-47600.
Today my basic is 47600.last stage in S-1.
How can jump to the next level?

I was due for increment on 01/07/2021 and my basic was supposed to be 70900. Since there was work from home till 03/07/2021 (Saturday) in my institute, I tool EL from 5/07/2021 to 9/07/2021 and joined the institute on 12/07/2021. Today I got my salary slip and it read my basic pay as 70155 instead 0f 70,900. Why it is so? Since increment was due on 01/07/2021 and it was work from home. Can they delay the date of my increment.
I am working under DAE aided institution. I promoted July 2016 then my regular Increment date changed 01-01-2017 onwards and again I got promoted 01-July- 2020 from Technician D to F (level – 5 to level – F) and 01-07-2020 my basic ₹35900 and regular DNI 01-01-2021 ₹ 37000. If you’re promotion on 1-7-20 is (third upgradations of basic pay in service) pay as on 1-1-2020 as on 35900 you will increment as 1-1-2021 as 37000 & DNI on 1-1-2022 as 38100.. Promotion is on 1-7-20 you will get promotional increment on 1-1-2021 only not on from that day. Anyhow your promotion on 1-7-2020 you have to give opinion increment from January.
I am a teacher, working in Sainik School. Our Summer Vacation begins from 24 June to 24 July. Is it compulsory to remain present on 01 July for Annual Increment?
Yes, otherwise when you are reporting duty on that day increment is given.

as per 7 th cpc what will be my increment date? 01/01/2016 or 01/07/2016?
Your promotion was in 6th CPC so increment change option doesn’t arise only7/16. If you may not get promotion upto 11/1/2022 on completion of 20years from January increment option 1/2023 is good with the increment of 7/22 & DNI on January, 2024 in next MATRIX LEVEL located at your basic pay.
