Today Petrol and Diesel Prices in Chennai 10 March 2023

From March 10, 2023 onwards, petrol prices in Chennai have seen a minor decrease of 10 paise per liter, leading to the cost being fixed at Rs. 102.63 per liter. This drop in price can be credited to the decline in global crude oil rates. Likewise, diesel prices in Chennai have also decreased marginally by 9 paise per liter, which has resulted in the new cost of diesel being Rs. 94.24 per liter.

The drop in diesel prices can be explained by both the increased demand for diesel and the decrease in crude oil prices. Given this rise in fuel costs, people in Chennai who depend on private transportation for their daily commutes can expect an impact on their daily expenses.

Today Petrol and Diesel Prices in Major Cities

On March 10, 2023, varying recorded prices for diesel were observed in several cities. In Coimbatore, the price was Rs. 103.17, while in Madurai, it was Rs.103.35. Tirunelveli registered at Rs.103.51, and Namakkal at Rs.103.36.

Diesel prices on that particular day were recorded at Rs. 94.78 in Coimbatore, Rs. 94.98 in Madurai and Namakkal, and Rs. 95.15 in Tirunelveli.
