Dispersal of pension arrears for 1-1-2006 to 23-9-2012 is not yet effected despite orders from Dept of P & PW and also from Railway board etc. This matter actually pertains to VI Pay Commission and undergone lots of litigation and verdicts in favour of pre- 2006 retirees..7th pay commission”s report is impending. But still the previous matter remains unsolved.Hence arrears to pre-2006 pensioners/ their families should paid at-once.Their legitimate right shall not be kept pending any more.
