List of private empaneled hospitals on directorate of health website & at CTSE portal.
Sir,
1. Whereas Eastern Railways and Southern Railways have candidly said that CTSE card holders in accordance with para h on page 8 of CTSE policy letter dated 14.07.2016 can avail cashless treatment in any of the Rly empaneled Private hospital across the country in case of an emergency. Central Railways & Northern Railway have separate set of hospitals under CTSE Scheme Sir there appears to be a confusion on the issue which need to be clarifiled by Railway Board very early to ensure that CTSE Policy laid down is uniformly by all Zones & Divisions.
2. Complaints have been pouring in Bharat Pensioners Samaj office that even the Hospitals Specifically empaneled for CTSE over Northern Railway are not accepting CTSE card for cashless treatment in emergencies on the plea that they have not been provided user name and pass word foe the purpose of card reading This is depriving CTSE card holders of their legitimate legal and such immediate corrective action need to be taken by the Railway Board.
3. As per the list of private empaneled hospitals available on Directorate of health website, validity of most of the empaneled hospital has expired and has not been extended. Immediate action needs to be taken in the matter.
4. As per Board Letter Rly Board No2014/H/28/1/Smart card/Part A dated 2.11.2018 CTSE implementation was Schedule to be done upto ‘Y’ category cities by 31.03.2019 Details empaneled hospitals in ‘Y’ category cities are not available on CTSE portal till today the 21st April 2019. It appears that Directorate It appears that Directorate of health does not have a system in place to monitor implementation of its policies/orders & circulars. This aspect needs to be looked into urgently.
Hoping for sympathetic consideration.
With regards
Truly yours,
