| Reply | After maternity leave if the child is sick CCL will be given. More than continues 180days increment will be postponed to next year July only. It will be given in 3 spells in a year for 2 children upto the age of 18years. |

| Reply | After 3rd MACP, no monitory benefits in 7th CPC, only your resignation changes higher no pay fixation. Upto retirement no pay fixation. You will get increments and D.A. upto retirement. This is to inform you that GP 4200 next GP 4600. You mentioned GP 5400 after 4800 it is not correct. |

| Question | I joined Steno Grapher Grade II in 1988 in Central Govt. Office. I was promoted to Stenographer Grade I with GP of Rs. 4200 (old 5500) and got 3rd MACP in October 2018. After 3rd MACP I was drawing basis pay of Rs. 77,900 (pay level -9, 5400) after getting MACP since October 2018. Now I have promoted to Private Secretary in pay level-8, 4800 w.e.f. 01.01.2019. Please let me know the method of fixation of my pay w.e.f. 01.01.2019 and also let me know after promotion where my pay will be fixed as per 7th CPC. Whether I am eligible for one or two increment. | Question | Dear Sir As per the notification of AICTE/UGC I was not able to complete my PhD within 7 years of incumbent associate professor service and my annual increments were stopped.. Now I have completed my PhD, when will my annual increment will be restored/started. (1)On the date of competition of my Phd (2)or the 1st July 2019. | Reply | As per the Court decision if your son can stay with you & also as per the employee you can avail CCL with the reason of your son’s education purpose or his sickness with medical certificate you can avail it, in three spells in a year, if your Head of the Officers sanctions your CCL. (It cannot be asked as a matter of rights). |

| Reply | If you are completed one year of service you can avail all India LTC 2018-21 block year if your home town is middle you can avail it but your claim will be regulated to your place of duty to (place visited) long distance only, break journey is allowed. |

My Date of Joining is 28.03.2011, and my Dept. is conducting exam for promotion for which cruicial date of eligibility is five years as on 01.04.2016. SO my service is 5 yrs and 4 days and i am eligible for exam.
But, i have participated in strike called by all india unions on 06 days during 2012-2016 and the period was treated as dies non. Now , whether i am eligible to appear for the exam or not?

You can give for attaining the Exam, whether you are eligible or not it is there duty If you are eligible they allot you to attend.
