You are not suppose to deny your annual increment, as per the FR SR Rule, if a Government employee is on leave on the 1st July, the increased pay will be drawn only from the date on which he resume duty and not from the first of July. That’s all. You are eligible for annual increment from 3rd July, 2019.

Comment	Central Government should increase the retirement age from 60 to 65 or 68. The life expectancy of human being has become more than ever. A man remains fully capable to perform all kinds of works between the ages limit of 65 to 70. And if the government implement of Old Pension Scheme by scrapping NPS, government will not have to pay pension from 61 years to 68 years to the employee. After implementing enhancement of retirement age the government should continue conduct a study during the age of 60 to ensure whether the person is capable to perform duty further. If found incapable, the person will be removed from service at the age of 60 giving his due and the person who will be found capable will continue service up to 65 or 68. If retirement age is augmented, the government will get efficient, skilled and knowledgeable employee/ officers and so on.

Answer	If your last basic pay (not pension) as on 1-1-2006 of ₹ 20,260/- of 7th CPC pension from 1-1-2016 as ₹ 26,800/- plus applicable dearness relief per month. Also you will get arrears from 1-1-2006 to 31-12-2015 revised GP from 4200 to 4600/-50% of ₹ 200/- plus D.R. p.m. for that you have to contact your ex-employer.

Comment	This is to inform you that your question 1) Does not applied to CCS( CS) CIVIL SERVICE RULES. 2) First ACP was started from 9/1999 those who are not got any promotions in between 12 years only get 1 ACP as one given one additional increment as upgradration,of basic pay, then from 1-9-2008 upgradrations of basic pay as those who are not got any promotions of 10 years as MACP. Grade pay changes in 6th CPC & in 7th CPC as next Matrix level changes. As per these rules you can calculate your position now as it is correct…
