Sir, As per the CCS (Pension) Rules 1972, the quantum of the pension, shall be 50% of the emoluments or the average emoluments received during the last 10 months, whichever is more beneficial to the govt. servants. However, on my retirement from govt service on 31/10/2000 when I had been drawing the actual Basic Pay of Rs 11575 in the Pay Scale of Rs.8000-275-13500, my basic pension has been fixed at Rs 5760 representing 50% of the average emoluments drawn immediately during the last 10 months as against Rs 5787.50 rounded to next higher whole Rs 5788 which is more beneficial to me. I, therefore, represented for refixation of my basic pension at Rs 5788 representing 50 % of my last basic pay of Rs 11575 which has been denied by my parent office. This has also adversely affected my pension revisions far below as admissible under the modified parity in terms of 6th & 7th CPCs. Could this disparity be removed under the Supreme Court verdict dated the 7th July 2019 in the case of the All Manipur Pensioners Association v/s the state of the Manipur -CA.No.10857 of 2016?

This is to inform you that from 6th CPC from 1-1-2006 only the 50% basic as Pension. You are retired in 10/2000 at the pension rule was 2/3 basic pay it was regularised from 6th CPC. Grade pay was added with basic pay. Before 6th CPC superannuation was 58 years after 6th CPC it was 60 years.

    Sir,
I had been drawing 25080/- as my basic pay (9300-34800– Level 8 with 4800/- GP) in July 2015. What should have been my pay in July 2016 after implementation of 7th Pay Commission recommendation ? My Third MACP was also in July 2016. I am drawing Rs.80200/- (basic) in July 2020. Is the calculation correct?

If it is MACP upgradated (on completion of 10th year without any promotion) it will be given one increment in level 5 of Rs,37,000/- and fixed in level 6 of Rs.37,600/- from that date ( if it is from 1/7/18 to 31/12/18 of 6 months completely your next increment is from 1/1/19 of Rs.38,700/-.) . OR
If it is normal promotion due to vacant post/retirement there was no change in basic pay (no monitory benefits you will be in the same level 5 only & next increment is Rs.37,000/- only)

Your last basic pay of Rs.7897 x2 x 2.57 total of Rs.40,590 as per the Grade Pay it will be fixed at MATRIX TABLE at your next pay stage or equal amount. Basic pension will be 50% of that amount in the 7th CPC FROM 1/1/2016 with D.R. as applicable rates.

sir, I was promoted in January 2017 in the grade pay of 4600 from January 2009 but there is a great difference in pay of my colleagues who were promoted from august 2008. Their basic pay is approx. 12000 more than my basic pay due to the policy of govt. “regarding pay fixation of employees promoted between January 2006 and 29 august 2008. How can this anomaly be removed.

2nd option as per GOI DECISION IS VERY STRAIGHT AND SIMPLE
A MULTY PLYING FORMULA OF GOVT OF 2.57 REJECTED but paid already according to your present [1]pension hence it is rejected outright being formula for initial pay.
[1a] KNOW your grade and Gradepay suppose it is 37400-67000 and GP is 8700 THAN YOUR PAY MATRIX IS NEW MODIFIED PAY MATRIX STARTING FROM 123000/00 PAY INITIALLY.
[2] IF YOU HAVE EARNED 4 INCREMENT than see down in 4th position which shows Rs 134500/00, {while promoting you you have already been given one increment , so see raw no 4.} HENCE YOUR PENSION WILL BE RS.134500/2=67250.
[3] AS PER CONCORDANCE TABLE IT COMES TO RS.61550/00.
out of both the point at 2 &3 above . pensioner to be paid higher the pension as option of selection is given the right of option to select whichever is beneficial to pensioner. Hence formula no 2 is mostly to be opted by pensioner hence to be paid by GOI. AS SUCH RS 67250/00 will be your new PENSION.
CONCORDANCE TABLE WILL ONLY APPLY TO PRE-1996 PENSIONER..

Sir,I think the pay matrix table is most confusing. One has to lookinto vertical and horizontal lines, how it is not understood by many pensioners.Under new pension method from which date notional fixation is to be made is not known.I suppose the process is lengthy enough, better is to make out a calculator otherwise the pensioners shall have to visit thier respective offices which is a difficult task. The pensioners should be able to calculate thier pension and arrears at home easily.Hard work done by them should be acknowledged and they should not be put to trouble.Hope that all concerned will consider this request on priority basis and will prepare a suitable and easy calculator for pre 2016 pensioners.with regards.GHULAM HASAN GHAMGEEN,RTD.SENIOR BRIADCASTER,RADIO KASHMIR SRINAGAR.

Gratuity implementation date…Suppose an employee is retired on Oct.31, 2016, then what is the gratuity implementation date for him? He will get the benefit of extended gratuity? Suppose he has put in 36 years in his entire service then what will be the gratuity he is entitled for?

7th cpc has made history in question of finalisation of allowances and implementation. How many more meetings are to be held and how long time is required to finalise? What about those plenty of money that should have been paid to the employees w.e.f.01.01.2016? It seems that present financial status of the Govt.is under a greatest threat.

Thanks to the Prasar Bharti Board and D.G (AIR) for implimenting 6th pay com.recommendatios.I am sorry to say that the Announcers who completed 24 years of service before 1.1.2006 are not benifitted.Shoudnt they be given 2nd ACP as they are promoted once throughout thier service carrier and given only one ACP in the grade of 6500-10500.Kindly ignore our promotion and give us higher grade (G.P of Rs.6600/- or atleast protect our pay if it is allowed to our juniors after 24 years.Hope the Board and the Directorate will be kind enough to consider it.Thanks. there are large numbers of pensioners who retired before 1.1.2006> Their pension was fixed /re-fixed on the basis of 36 months or 10 months average pay. Since pension is now fixed on last pay drawn and with grade pay, there are huge differences in pension who retired before 1.1. 2006 and who retired wef 1.1.20o6. Is there any proposal to revise pension of pre-1.1.2006 pensioners in the similar way pension was calculated . For example. Last pay drawn 7075 in the scale of pay 5500- to be refixed as per 6thcpc plus grade pay 4200 50% of this amount to be the pension> for completion of full pensionable service. buit sorry to say that neither the Pensioners association nor the other service association including welfare coordination committee examined such proposal and submitted to the govt.

7th CPC is good enough to employees .We have to think about the poor labours and farmers. They get nothing.all of us purchase evrrything from same market. The monthly payments of 25 years ago, the same amount gets me everyday now.. Then what would be my salary after 25 years .So in my openion salary should not increase on this method.

The senior pensioners deserve a better deal . A single fitment formula of 2.57 will not do justice to those who retired before 2006. There should be a different formula to maintain parity between the past and the present pensioners.

Does the first column of vertical index correspond to the entry pay at that particular grade ? if he had secured 8 increments in that particular grade does his pay move down 8 columns or multiplied by 2.57 whichever is higher

    R Sir
In BSF only Radio Mechanic is a technical trade in signal department.
In 5th pay commission BSF demanded same rank and same pay as Delhi police. All department of BSF takes the same pay but BSF not give same pay to Radio mechanic and radio operator.
Please check and take appropriate action on this ground.

    2ndly

BSF recruited to Radio mechanic as Constable RM before 5th pay commission where as no any trade was that time of Constable RM.
We are selected as HC RM but BSF give us Constable RM. Please provide provision for MACP after 10, 20, 30 years from recruitment date as all the recruited like SI, HC Min, Constable etc.

Those who have served for more than 40 years should be given special enhanced pension. Moreover, any amount
