The Department of Expenditure issued important orders regarding Dearness allowance, Leave Travel Concession, Transport Allowance, Travelling Allowance, and House Rent Allowance from time to time.

Finmin DA Order January PDF Download The Cabinet already approved an additional 4% Dearness Allowance for Central Government employees and Pensioners due from January 2020 and expected the formal orders will be issued by the Department of Expenditure under the Finance Ministry. Due to Coronavirus pandemic entire country has been under lockdown for 21 Days up to 14th April 2020. So, the DA orders may be issued after the lockdown period. No Additional DA for CG Employees and Pensioners

• Finance Ministry issued orders on April 23, 2020 regarding the DA and DR is freezed for 18 months (3 installments) to all groups of CG employees and pensioners with effect from 1.1.2019. So, the current of DA and DR is 17% only.
• Freezing of Dearness Allowance to Central Government employees and Dearness Relief to Central Government pensioners at current rates till July 2021
